Abstract
ABSTRAK Pengembangan Model Manajemen Pembiayaan Pesantren Berbasis Kewirausahaan Sosial Agribisnis Al Ittifaq Ciwidey Kabupaten Bandung Pesantren (sebagai lembaga pendidikan keagamaan Islam) berfungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan, dakwah, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Mempertimbangkan keterbatasan sumber pembiayaan pesantren diperlukan adanya model manajemen pembiayaan pesantren yang efektif. Keterbatasan sumber pembiayaan pesantren dari orang tua santri, masyarakat, dan pemerintah telah mendorong sejumlah pesantren secara swadaya menggali sumber pembiayaan berbasis potensi lingkungan di antaranya berbasis agribisnis. Terdapat fenomena menarik Pondok Pesantren Al Ittifaq Ciwidey Bandung merupakan salah satu pesantren yang menerapkan model manajemen pembiayaan berbasis kewirausaaah sosial agribisnis. Permasalahan utama penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah pengembangan model manajemen pembiayaan pesantren berbasis kewirausahaan sosial agribisnis? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:1. Menghasilkan model manajemen pembiayaan pesantren berbasis kewirausahaan sosial agribisnis Al Ittifak Ciwidey Kabupaten Bandung. 2. Menganalisis kekuatan dan kelemahan model manajemen pembiayaan pesantren berbasis kewirausahaan sosial agribisnsi yang ada, 3. Menciptakan model manajemen pembiayaan pesantren berbasis kewirausahaan sosial agribisnis yang efektif dan efisien. Pendekatan penelitian mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kiyai PPAI (MH), Ketua Yayasan, Pengurus Kopontren, Pengasuh Pesantren, Dewan Ustadz/ustadzah, Santri, dewan santri, dan tokoh masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan Fokus Group Discussion. Penelitan ini menyimpulkan :1. Model manajemen pembiayaan pesantren berbasis kewirausahaan sosial Al Ittifak Ciwidey Kabupaten Bandung disusun dengan merumuskan kebijakan pembiayaan pesantren berbasis kewirausahaan sosial agribisnis Al Ittifaq Ciwidey Kabupaten Bandung; Menyusun perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, pertanggungjawaban, dan evaluasi pembiayaan pesantren berbasis kewirausahaan sosial agribisnis Al-Ittifak Ciwidey Kabupaten Bandung. 2. Kekuatan PPAI didukung oleh adanya kepemimpinan kewirausahaan sosial kiyai, penerapan tata kelola keuangan yang transparan, efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel, serta ketersediaan Kopontren (Koperasi pondok pesantren). 3. Pengembangan model manajemen pembiayaan pesantren berbasis kewirausahaan sosial agrobisnis yang efektif yaitu Model IPPO (Input, Proses, Otput, Outcome). Manajemen pembiayaan tersebut diawali melaksanakan analisis input (I) baik instrumental (kebiajakn dan komponen pendidikan) atau environmental (internal dan eksternal); menjalankan Proses (P) fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam pembiayaan pesantren secara sisematis dan komprehensif melalui tahapan-tahapan proses PICAE: P (Planning ‘Perencanaan’), I (Implementation ‘Implementasi’), C (Controlling ‘Pengawasan’), A (Accountability ‘Pertanggungjawaban’), dan E (Evaluation ‘audit/evaluasi’); menghasilkan output (O); dan memberikan dampak outcome (O). ABSTRACT The Development of Finance Management Model of Islamic Boarding School based Agribusiness Social Entrepreneurship Al Ittifak Ciwidey. Islamic boarding school (as an Islamic religious educational institution) serves as an educational institution, da'wah, and community empowerment. Considering the limited source of Islamic boarding school financing, the effective Islamic boarding school financing management model is required. The limitation of financing resources from students’s parents, communities, and governments has encouraged a number of Islamic boarding school to independently excavate the source of potential financing based environment, which is agribusiness based. Pondok Pesantren Al Ittifaq Ciwidey Bandung is one of the Islamic boarding schools that implements the financing management model based agribusiness social enterpreneurship. The main problem of this research is how is the development of Islamic boarding school financing management model based agribusiness social enterpreneurship? This study aims to: 1. Produce a model of Islamic boarding school financing management based agribusiness social enterpreneurship Al Ittifak Ciwidey Bandung Regency; 2. Analyzie the strengths and weaknesses of a model of the Islamic boarding school financing management based agribusiness social enterpreneurship that already exist; 3. Create the effective and efficient model of the Islamic boarding school financing management based agribusiness social entrepreneurship. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods. The data sources in this study are Kiyai PPAI (MH), Chairman of the Foundation, Kopontren Management, Caretaker of Islamic boarding school, Ustadz/ustadzah Council, Students, Students Council, and community figure. The data collection techniques are done with observations, in-depth interviews, documentation, and the focus group discussion. The conclusions of this research are: 1. Islamic boarding school finance management model based Agribusiness Social Entrepreneurship Al Ittifak Ciwidey Bandung Regency arranged by formulating the financing policy of Islamic boarding school based agribusiness social enterpreneurship Al Ittifaq Ciwidey Bandung Regency; planning, implementation, supervision, accountability, and evaluation of financing of Islamic boarding school based agribusiness social enterpreneurship Al-Ittifak Ciwidey Bandung Regency; 2. The strength of PPAI supported by the Kiyai’s leadership of social entrepreneurship, the implementation of transparent financial governance that effective, efficient, and accountable, and the availability of Kopontren (Islamic boarding school cooperative); 3. The development of effective and efficient Islamic boarding school financing management model based agribusiness social entrepreneurship is IPPO Model, which is a financing management model that conducts financing management by carrying out an input (I) both instrumental input and environmental input analysis first, carrying out management functions in the financing of Islamic boarding school systematically and comprehensively through the PICAE process stages. PICAE: P (Planning), I (Implementation), C (Controlling), A (Accountability), and E (Evaluation), generating outputs (O) and providing outcome (O) impacts.
