    Abstract

    Penelitian dengan judul " Hubungan Harga Diri Dengan Penyesuaian Diri Pada Pensiunan Perwira Menengah TNI-AD di Kota Bandung " bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri dan penyesuaian diri pada pensiunan perwira menengah di kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan subjek sebanyak 141 pensiunan perwira menengah yang berada di kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah disusun sebelumnya oleh Linh, T.T., Huong, T.T., dan Trang (2017). Untuk mengukur variabel penyesuaian diri, peneliti menggunakan kuesioner Alwin M. Reza (2014) yang sebelumnya telah digunakan oleh Septiani (2013) yang kemudian dikembangkan oleh Maslihah pada tahun 2014.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tidak terdapat hubungan antara harga diri dengan penyesuaian diri pada pensiunan perwira menengah TNI-AD. ;---The study entitled "Self-Esteem Relationships with Self-Adjustment to Retired Middle Indonesian Army Officers in the City of Bandung" The objective was to find out the relationship between self-esteem and self-esteem in retired family officers in the city of Bandung. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a subject of 141 retired officers in the city of Bandung. The data writing technique uses a questionnaire that was previously prepared by Linh, T.T., Huong, T.T., and Trang (2017). To measure variables, researchers used the Alwin M. Reza (2014) questionnaire that was previously had by Septiani (2013) which was later developed by Maslihah in 2014. This study used correlational research methods. The results of this study were that there was no relationship between themselves and the investigation of retired army officers from the Army.
