Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan yang terdapat di SMK Negeri 1 Mundu Cirebon khususnya pada Program Keahlian Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan yaitu belum terdapatnya jobsheet sebagai pedoman dalam melaksanakan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory. Jobsheet merupakan salah satu parameter yang dibutuhkan untuk melaksanakan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory. Pada pelaksanaannya, guru masih berperan untuk mengarahkan siswa dalam melaksanakan setiap kegiatan praktik. Kegiatan praktik, dapat melatih kemampuan siswa jika dibantu oleh panduan khusus sebagai penunjang dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan perancangan jobsheet untuk memudahkan siswa dan guru dalam proses pelaksanaan praktikum menggunakan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) merancang jobsheet untuk mata pelajaran Pengolahan Diversifikasi Hasil Perikanan; (2) mengetahui hasil kelayakan jobsheet pada mata pelajaran Pengolahan Diversifikasi Hasil Perikanan; dan (3) menilai hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan jobsheet pada mata pelajaran Pengolahan Diversifikasi Hasil Perikanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan mengacu pada model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian berupa dokumen jobsheet yang kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakannya. Hasil validasi jobsheet menunjukkan bahwa jobsheet termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” dan dinyatakan “Layak” oleh ahli media, ahli materi dan ahli bahasa. Implementasi dilaksanakan dengan uji coba kepada siswa kelas XI TPHPi 2. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa jobsheet termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” dan dinyatakan “Layak” yang dilihat berdasarkan: (1) ketercapaian KKM pada kemampuan kognitif sebesar 93,94% dan keefektifan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,77 yang dikategorikan “Tinggi”, (2) ketercapaian kompetensi pada kemampuan psikomotorik, seluruh siswa mendapatkan nilai optimum “Sangat Baik”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dokumen jobsheet dapat digunakan pada kegiatan praktikum siswa. This research derived from problem at SMK Negeri 1 Mundu Cirebon especially in Department of Expertise in Technology of Fishery Product Process which was the absence of jobsheet as guide in conducting Teaching Factory learning method. Jobsheet was one parameter that is needed to perform Teaching Factory learning method. On the implementation, teacher still plays a role to direct student to perform practice activity. Practice activity can train ability of student if it is assisted by special guide as support of learning activity. Therefore, designing a jobsheet was made to facilitate student and teacher in the process of practice using Teaching Factory learning method. This research aimed to (1) designing jobsheet for Diversification Process of Fishery Product subjects; (2) knowing the results of the jobsheet on Diversification Process of Fishery Product subjects; and (3) assessing student learning outcomes after applying the jobsheet on the subjects of Diversification Process of Fishery Products. This research used research method and development model based on ADDIE model. The result of this research was in form of jobsheet document that was validated by expert to know its level of eligibility. The result of this research showed that jobsheet was included in the category of “Very good” and stated as “Decent” by media expert, material expert and linguistic expert The implementation was conducted by making test for students in class of XI TPHPi 2. The result of implementation showed that jobsheet was included in the category of “Very Good” and stated as “Decent” that was seen according to: (1) achievement of Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning (KKM) on cognitive aspect 93.94% and and 0.77% for the effectiveness of the N-Gain that categorized as "High", (2) psychomotor score of student obtained maximum value “Very Good”. Based on these results, jobsheet can be used in student practicum activities.
