Abstract

Implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di
Kecamatan Cileunyi masih belum efektif. Hal ini diduga dapat dipengaruhi dari
kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah dan kinerja komite sekolah. Penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja manajerial kepala
sekolah dan kinerja komite sekolah terhadap efektivitas implementasi manajemen
berbasis sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pendekatan
kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sejumlah 46 sekolah dasar
negeri yang terdiri dari 46 kepala sekolah, 456 guru,dan 46 orang komite sekolah.
Sampel diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling dan diperoleh 30 kepala
sekolah, 290 guru, dan 30 komite sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan
dengan menggunakan kuesioner, data yang terkumpul selanjutnya diolah dengan
teknik korelasi dan regresi linier juga berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
gambaran variabel kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah, dan efektivitas implementasi
manajemen berbasis sekolah berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan pada variabel
kinerja komite sekolah berada pada kategori cukup. Hasil uji korelasi variabel
kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas implementasi MBS
menunjukkan korelasi yang sedang, sedangkan variabel kinerja komite sekolah
terhadap mutu sekolah menunjukkan korelasi yang rendah. Namun secara
simultan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini tetap menunjukkan korelasi
yang sedang terhadap variabel efektivitas implementasi MBS. Kinerja Manajerial
Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Komite Sekolah berkontribusi terhadap efektivitas
implementasi MBS. Dengan demikian kepala sekolah harus lebih baik dalam
mengawasi program yang telah dibuat, serta komite sekolah hendaknya
meningkatkan perannya dalam menyerap aspirasi, ide, gagasan dari masyarakat
untuk kemajuan sekolah.
;---The implementation of school-based management in State Primary Schools in
Cileunyi District is still not effective. This can be done from the performance of
the principal manager and the performance of the school committee. This study
was conducted to determine the magnitude of the principal's managerial influence
and the performance of primary school administration towards school-based
management. This research was carried out with a survey method and quantitative
approach. The population in this study were 46 elementary schools consisting of
46 principals, 456 teachers, and 46 school committees. The sample was cluster
random sampling technique and obtained 30 principals, 290 teachers, and 30
school committees. Data collection techniques were carried out using
questionnaires, the data collected was then processed with exclusive techniques
and multiple regression. The results showed the principal managerial variables,
and management effectiveness based on the school in the high category, while the
school performance variables were in the sufficient category. The results of the
trial of the variable managerial performance of the principal for the
implementation of moderate SBM, while the performance variable. But
simultaneously the variables used in this study still show the variables that are
being used for SBM. School Principal Performance and School SBM Committee
Performance. Thus the headmaster must be better in the program that has been
made, and also the school committee to improve its role in absorbing aspirations,
ideas, ideas from the community for school progress.
