Abstract

Program Technopark di SMK merupakan salah satu bentuk sarana penghubung (integrator) untuk menghubungkan antara SMK yang telah melaksankaan program Teaching Factory/unit produksi dengan dunia industri. Setiap program yang dilaksanakan tentunya membutuhkan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluatif (evaluation research) dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan program Technopark pada kompetensi keahlian Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan (APHPi) di SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon ditinjau dari aspek Context, Input, Process, Product, dan secara akumulatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan program Technopark di SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah kepala SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon, kepala, pengelola, dan tenant lulusan Technopark. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dengan responden pengelola dan tenant lulusan Technopark, pelaksanaan program Technopark di SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon berada dalam kategori “sangat sesuai” ditinjau dari aspek context dan akumulatif dengan persentase secara berurutan adalah 81,25% dan 75,16% untuk responden pengelola Technopark, serta 92,00% dan 78,46% untuk responden tenant lulusan Technopark. Sedangkan pelaksanaan program Technopark di SMKN 1 Mundu Cirebon berada dalam kategori “sesuai” ditinjau dari aspek input, process, dan product dengan persentase secara berurutan adalah 71,43%, 75,42%, dan 75,00% untuk responden pengelola Technopark, serta 76,70%, 74,93%, dan 76,33% untuk responden tenant lulusan Technopark. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Technopark, CIPP Technopark programme in vocational high school is one of the integrator media between teaching factory in vocational high school and industry. Every programme requires evaluation. This research uses an evaluative approach (evaluation research) with CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The purpose of this study was to know evaluation result of Technopark programme implementation in Agribusiness of fisheries processing expertise of Mundu vocational high school based on Context, Input, Process, Product, and Accumulative aspects. The object of this research is Technopark programme implementation. The data sources of this research is the headmaster of Mundu vocational high school, the chairman of Technopark in Mundu vocational high school, Technopark managers, and alumnus tenants of Tehnopark. Data collection in this study was carried out through surveys using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Based on the questionnaire with the Technopark managers and alumnus tenants of Tehnopark, Technopark programme implementation in Mundu vocational high school is in a “very appropriate” category based on context and accumulative aspects with the percentage 81,25% and 75,16% sequentially for Technopark managers, and 92,00% and 78,46% for alumnus tenants of Tehnopark. While Technopark programme implementation in Mundu vocational high school is in a “appropriate” category based on input, process, and product with the percentage 71,43%, 75,42%, and 75,00% sequentially for Technopark managers, and 76,70%, 74,93%, and 76,33% for alumnus tenants of Tehnopark.
