Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pengelolaan kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK Puragabaya Bandung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang dianalisis merupakan data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada siswa kelas XII Akuntansi di SMK Puragabaya Bandung. Angket pengelolaan kelas tersusun dari 34 item pernyataan dengan lima alternatif jawaban, dan angket motivasi belajar tersusun dari 27 item pernyataan dengan lima alternatif jawaban. Pengujian data menggunakan uji normalitas dengan menggunakan rumus uji Kolmogrov-Smirnov, uji linearitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji f, dan uji t. Pengolahan data menggunakan Software Microsoft Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) V.24. Dari perhitungan uji t diketahui  , sehingga ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pengelolaan kelas berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar. ;---This research aimed to describe the influence of classroom management on student learning motivation in accounting lessons in Puragabaya Vacotional School, Bandung. The research design used is quantitative research, using descriptive and verification methods. The data analyzed is data obtained through questionnaires to twelfth grade Accounting students in Puragabaya Vocational School, Bandung. Questionnaire classroom management is composed of 34 items statement with five alternative answers and questionnaires learning motivation composed of 27 items statement with five alternative answers. Testing data using normality test by using Kolmogrov-Smirnov test formula, linierity test, simple linier regression analysis, f test, and t test. All data processing using software Microsoft Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) V.24. From t test calculation known  , so drawn the conclusion that pengelolaan kelas have positive influence on the learning motivation.
