Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA VIDEO TUTORIAL TEKNIK SHIBORI Hana Hanifah Nur Asyiyah 1500924 hhanifah.hh@gmail.com ABSTRAK Pembelajaran teknik shibori merupakan salah satu materi pada mata kuliah Batik dan Jumputan Prodi Pendidikan Tata Busana Departemen PKK FPTK UPI Konsentrasi Kriya Tekstil. Mata kuliah Batik dan Jumputan memerlukan suatu multimedia pembelajaran, khususnya pada materi Jumputan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat inovasi pembelajaran agar lebih efektif dan efisien yang dapat mempermudah dalam penyampaian materi teknik shibori. Multimedia video tutorial dapat dijadikan sebagai alat bantu untuk mengajar dan membantu mahasiswa agar dapat belajar dengan mudah dan menyenangkan, multimedia video tutorial dapat diulang sesuai keinginan untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode Research and Development, multimedia yang telah dibuat kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli media dan materi. Hasil validasi dari ahli media mendapatkan presentase rata-rata 93,35% dengan temuan pada bagian “konsep teknik shibori dan teknik pewarnaan shibori” tidak muncul menu kembali, tulisan harus muncul terlebih dahulu, font tulisan tidak perlu diberi outline dan tidak ada tombol untuk mengulang evaluasi. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi mendapatkan presentase rata-rata 94,47% dengan temuan konsep teknik shibori pada bagian pengertian dipisah menjadi materi umum dan khusus, memperbaiki kalimat pada bagian konsep teknik shibori dan teknik itajime shibori serta memperbaiki dubbing pada materi teknik shibori. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa multimedia video tutorial teknik shibori termasuk kedalam kategori “sangat layak” untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran Jumputan, untuk itu penulis merekomendasikan kepada Dosen Prodi Pendidikan Tata Busana khususnya Dosen pada Program Keahlian Kriya Tekstil pada mata kuliah Batik dan Jumputan, multimedia ini dapat diimplementasikan agar pembelajaran lebih menarik dan tujuan pembelajaran tercapai lebih optimal. Kata kunci: batik dan jumputan, metode Research and Development, multimedia video tutorial, teknik shibori THE DEVELOPMENT OF MULTIMEDIA VIDEO TUTORIAL SHIBORI TECHNIQUE Hana Hanifah Nur Asyiyah 1500924 ABSTRACT Shibori technique learning is one of the materials in Batik and Jumputan courses, Fashion Education Study Program, PKK Department, Faculty of Technical and Vocational Education UPI, Textile Craft Concentration. Batik and Jumputan courses entail a multimedia of learning, especially on Jumputan material. The purpose of this study is to make learning innovations more effective and efficient that can ease the delivery of material on shibori techniques. Multimedia video tutorials can be used as tools to teach and help students to learn easily and pleasure, multimedia video tutorials can be repeated as desired to provide a clearer picture. The method used in the form of Research and Development methods, multimedia that has been created is then validated by media and material experts. The validation results from media experts get an average percentage of 93.35% with the findings in the "concept of shibori technique and shibori coloring technique" the back menu does not appear, the text must appear first, the text fonts do not need to be outlined and there are no buttons to repeat the evaluation. The validation results from material experts get an average percentage of 94.47% with the findings of the concept of the shibori technique in the understanding section separated into general and specific material, improve sentences in the concepts part of the shibori technique and the itajime shibori technique, and improve dubbing on shibori technical material. The conclusion of the research shows that the multimedia video tutorial of the shibori technique is included in the "very feasible" category for use in Jumputan learning, for that the authors recommend to the Lecturer of Fashion Education Study Program especially Lecturers in the Textile Craft Skills Program in Batik and Jumputan courses, this multimedia can be implemented so that learning is more interesting and learning objectives are reached more optimally.
