Abstract

Kompetensiberstandarindustrimerupakankeahlian yang dapatdiajarkan di sekolahdengancaramenciptakanlingkungansekolah yang meyerupaiduniaindustri. Salah satucaranyaialahmengimplementasikan model pembelajaranTeaching Factory. Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengevaluasiimplementasi model pembelajaranTeaching FactorypadamateriPembuatanPaketWisataKompetensiKeahlian Usaha PerjalananWisata di SekolahMenengahKejuruanNegeri 1 Pacet. Fokusevaluasiiniialahuntukmelihatkesesuaianantaraimplementasi model pembelajaranTeaching Factory di SekolahMenengahKejuruanNegeri 1 Pacetdenganstandarpengimplementasian yang sesuaidenganStandarKompetensiKerja Nasional Indonesia. Model evaluasi yang digunakanialah model Stake Countenance, karenasejalandengantujuanpenelitian. Penelitianinimenggunakanmix methode, karenamelibatkan data danrangkaian proses analisis data yang bersifatkualitatifdankuantitatif. PopulasipenelitianiniialahSekolahMenengahKejuruanNegeri 1 Pacet yang terdiriatas guru dansiswa, dengansampel yang dipilihmelaluipenggunaanteknikpurposifyang meliputiempat orang guru produktifdan 26 siswakelas XI Usaha PerjalananWisata 2. Data yang dibutuhkandiambildenganmenggunakanempatteknikpengumpulan datayaituangket, wawancara, observasi, danstudidokumen. Hasilpenelitianiniberupagambaranhasilevaluasimeliputitahapperencanaan (antecedents), tahappelaksanaan (transactions), dantahaphasil (outcomes). Tingkat kesesuaiandenganstandarpadamasing-masingtahapimplementasitersebutmenunjukkantingkatkesesuaian yang sangattinggiataudengan”SangatSesuai” denganstandar yang ditetapkan, yaituperencanaanbelajar 86,36%; pelaksanaanbelajaryaitu 86,18%;danhasilbelajar 97,4%.------------------------------------------------------------- Standardized industrial competence is a skill that can be taught in schools by creating the school environment resembling the industrial world. One way of it is by implementing Teaching Factory learning model. This study was aimed to evaluate the implementation of Teaching Factory learning model on Creating Tour Package subject of Tour and Travel Skill Competency at Vocational School of 1 Pacet. The evaluation will focus on the implementation of Teaching Factory learning model in Vocational School of 1 Pacet with the implementation standard in reference to The Indonesia National Work Competence Standards. The evaluation model used in this research was the Stake Countenance model since it is in line with the research objectives. This research used mixed methods, because it involved both qualitative and quantitative data and it analysis.The population of this study was the academic community of Vocational School of 1 Pacet consisted with teachers and students selected by purposive sampling techniques comprised of four productive teachers and 26 students of XI Tour and Travel Skill Competency2class. The data required was collected by using four techniques i.e questionnaire, interview, observation, and document studies. The result of this research was the evaluation stages result description covering the planning (antecedents), the process (transactions), and the outcomes.The level of compatibility with the standards in each stage of implementation was “compatible”, these were the planning was 86,36%; the learning process was 86,18%, and the learning outcome was 97,4%.
