    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesulitan siswa saat memahami pelajaran Sistem Komputer dengan cara pembelajaran konvensional,penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran game multiplayer dengan jenis board game dan menggunakan model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) dan melihat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap aspek kognitif siswa. pengembangan game multiplayer ini, menggunakan model Research and Development (RAD). Penetitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Proses uji coba dilakukan di SMKN 2 Bandung dan dari pengolahan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil: 1) multimedia berbentuk multiplayer games yang telah dikembangkan dan dinilai baik dan layak digunakan dengan rata-rata presentase kelayakan 82.7% oleh ahli media dan 87% oleh ahli materi. 2) multimedia ini pun mendapat respon positif dari siswa yang dapat dikategorikan baik dengan persentase sebesar 83.7%. 3) peningkatan kognitif pada siswa memiliki indeks gain sebesar 0.79. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia ini membantu dalam mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division dalam proses pembelajaran dan memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kognitif siswa;---This research motivated by students difficulties when understanding computer system lesson by conventional learning, this study aims to develop learning media in multiplayer games with board games type and use student team achievement division (STAD) models and see the effect of learning media on student cognitive aspects. Multiplayer games development using a research and development (RAD) model. This study uses experimental research methods. The trial process was carried out at SMKN 2 Bandung and from the data processing carried the results were obtained 1) multipleyer games that have been developed and considered good an feasible to use with an average percentage of feasibility of 82.7 % by media experts and 87% by material experts. 2) this multimedia also received a positive response from students which can be categorized as good with a percentage of 83,7% . 3) cognitive improvement in students having a gain indes of 0.79. So it can be concluded that multimedia helps in implementing the student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model in the learning process and has an influence on students cognitive improvement.
