    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kecemasan, kepercayaan diri dan pengambilan keputusan dengan kinerja wasit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif kuantitaif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 50 wasit futsal yang memiliki sertifikat level 2. Hasil observasi terhadap tingkat kecemasan (X1) dengan kinerja wasit (Y) sebesar -0,542, tingkat kepercayaan diri (X2) dengan kinerja wasit (Y) sebesar 0,563, pengambilan keputusan (X3) dengan kinerja wasit (Y) sebesar 0,521, variabel tingkat kecemasan (PYX1) sebesar -0,293, variabel tingkat kepercayaan diri (PYX2) sebesar 0,283, dan variabel tingkat pengambilan keputusan (PYX3) sebesar 0,282. ;---The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of anxiety, confidence and decision-making on the performance of the referee. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The sample of this research is 50 refs futsal who have certificate level 2. The result of observation to the anxiety level (X1) with referee performance (Y) equal to -0,542, confidence level (X2) with referee performance (Y) equal to 0,563, decision making (X3 ) with the performance of the referee (Y) of 0,521, the anxiety level variable (PYX1) of -0.293, the confidence level variable (PYX2) of 0.283, and the decision-making level variable (PYX3) of 0.282.
