Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan masalah tentang pembelajaran sejarah bagi warga belajar kejar paket C di pusat kegiata belajar masyarakat Al-Fattah Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, kendala warga belajar di Al-Fattah untuk menikmati pendidikan menengah yang tidak tertampung atau berbagai sebab sehingga putus sekolah, jadi mereka belajarnya di sekolah non formal maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengidentifikasi Perencanaan Pembelajaran Sejarah Bagi Warga, Menganalisis Penggunaan Modul Pembelajaran Sejarah, Menyimpulkan Kendala-kendala Pembelajaran, Menganalisis evaluasi Pembelajaran Sejarah Bagi Warga Belajar Kejar Paket C Di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Al-Fattah Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang digali dari observasi, wawancara, dokumen, catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pertama, perencanaan pembelajaran sejarah di PKBM Al-Fattah cukup baik dengan melalui tahap awal yaitu In House Training yang diberikan kepada tutor atau pendidik untuk menyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan pendidikan kesetaraan program Kejar Paket C. Kedua, penggunaan modul yang dipakai dalam pembelajar sejarah di PKBM adalah modul sejarah program belajar paket C setara SMA. Ketiga, kendala pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran sejarah pada program paket C di PKBM Al-Fattah adalah kesiapan mental peserta didik atau warga belajar dalam menerima materi pembelajaran. Keempat, Evaluasi pembelajaran sejarah pada program Paket C di PKBM Al-Fattah sama dengan sekolah formal yang meliputi kompetensi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan agar pemerintah lebih memperhatikan kembali tentang sekolah nonformal setara paket C. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Sejarah, Warga belajar, Sekolah Non Formal Abstract This research was made based on the problem of learning history for residents learning to pursue Package C at the Al-Fattah Manonjaya community learning center in Tasikmalaya Regency, the constraints of citizens learning in Al-Fattah to enjoy secondary education that is not accommodated or for various reasons resulting in dropping out of school, so they study in non-formal schools, therefore this study aims to Identify Historical Learning Planning for Citizens, Analyze the Use of History Learning Modules, Summarize Learning Constraints, Analyze the Evaluation of Historical Learning for Residents Chasing Learning Package C at the Center for Community Learning Activities in Manonjaya Al-Fattah District Tasikmalaya. This research uses a case study method extracted from observations, interviews, documents, field notes. The results showed that First, the planning of historical learning in PKBM Al-Fattah was quite good by going through the initial stages of In House Training given to tutors or educators to compile learning tools in accordance with the equality education of the Kejar Paket C program. Second, the use of modules used in history learners at PKBM is the history module of the C-equivalent high school learning program. Third, the obstacle to the implementation of historical learning in the C package program at PKBM Al-Fattah is the mental readiness of students or learning citizens in receiving learning material. Fourth, the evaluation of history learning in the Package C program at PKBM Al-Fattah is the same as formal schools which include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies. The implication of this research is that the government should pay more attention to the non-formal schools equivalent to package C.
