Abstract

Perkembangan zaman berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan teknologi yang saat ini muncul berbagai benda maupun alat kelistrikan, dengan demikian beban pada sistem tenaga listrik diklasisfikasikan menjadi dua jenis yaitu beban linier dan beban non linier. Di sisi lain, beban non linier yang pada umumnya terbuat dari bahan-bahan semikonduktor dan elemen elektronika daya dapat menimbulkan harmonisa pada sistem tenaga listrik dengan adanya jenis beban tersebut mempengaruhi terhadap kualitas Sistem Tenaga Listrik (STL). Akibat terjadinya harmonisa tersebut diperlukan perbaikan harmonisa dengan cara mendesain filter pasif tipe Single Tuned Filter dengan mengguanakan aplikasi ETAP Power Station 12.6.0. Metode penelitian ini dengan studi literatur, melakukan pengukuran, pengolahan data beban akibat harmonisa di Gedung FIP Baru, dan perancangan desain filter pasif sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan. Harmonisa arus di gedung FIP baru tidak sesuai standar IEEE 519-2194 yaitu berkisar 13,3% sampai 46,4%, berbeda dengan harmonisa tegangan berkisar 2,2% sampai 4,5% masih dalam standar yang diperbolehkan yaitu dibawah 5%. Akibat harmonisa menimbulkan rugi daya total sebelum terkena harmonisa sebesar 16131,55 Watt dan jumlah total daya setelah terkena harmonisa sebesar 20173,64 Watt terdapat selisih rugi daya sebesar 4.049,09 Watt (4,04 kW). Pada simulasi filter tipe Single Tuned Filter yang didesain untuk mereduksi harmonisa orde 3, 5 dan 7 dapat menurunkan THDi maing-masing fasa R, S, dan T sampai dibawah 5%. Kata Kunci: Harmonisa arus, Filter pasif, THDi The development of the era affects the technological advances that currently appear in various objects and electrical devices thus the load on the electric power system is classified into two types, those are linear and non-linear loads. On the other hand, non-linear loads which are generally made of semiconductor materials and power electronic elements can cause harmonic on the electric power system the existence of this type of load affects the quality of the Electric Power System. Due to the occurrence of harmonics, it is necessary to improve the harmonics by designing a Single Tuned Filter passive filter with the help of ETAP Power Station 12.6 applications. This research method with literature study, measurement, load data processing due to harmonics s in New FIP Building, and the design of passive filter design so that can get the desired result. The current and voltage harmonics on the New FIP Building are not compliant with IEEE 519-2014 standard, that is current harmonics on each floor of it ranges above 13,3% to 46,4%, in contrast to voltage harmonics ranging from 2,2% to 4,5% which still within the standards allowed that is under 5%. As a result of harmonics causing total power loss before exposed to harmonics of 16131,55 Watt and total harmonized power of 20173,64 Watt. So the total loss of power due to harmonics 4.049,09 Watt. In Single Tuned Filter type filter simulation designed to reduce 3rd, 5th, and 7th harmonics can decrease THDi respectively R, S, and T phases until below 5%.
