Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Peranan Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh dalam Mempopulerkan Seni Budaya di Kabupaten Majalengka 1993-2016”. Latar belakang penulis mengambil tema penelitian tersebut didasari ketertarikan terhadap sejarah lokal terutama seni budaya tradisional. Pemilihan Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh sebagai objek penelitian didasari ketertarikan terhadap organisasi seni budaya yang terus melestarikan kesenian tradisional di tengah arus globalisasi, serta latar belakang berdirinya. Masalah utama dalam skripsi ini adalah “Bagaimana peranan Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh dalam Mempopulerkan Seni Budaya di Kabupaten Majalengka 1993-2016?” Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis membaginya dalam empat rumusan masalah, Bagaimana latar belakang berdirinya Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh di Kabupaten Majalengka? Bagaimana perkembangan Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh 1993-2016? Bagaimana upaya Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh dalam mengembangkan dan melestarikan seni budaya di Kecamatan Jatitujuh? Bagaimana pengaruh Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh terhadap seni budaya masyarakat Kecamatan Jatitujuh 1993-2016?. Penulis menggunakan metode historis, yaitu heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Teknik penelitiannya menggunakan studi literatur dan studi lapangan. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah latar belakang berdirinya Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh merupakan perkembangan kelompok seniman Jatitujuh yang bergerak dalam pengembangan serta pelestarian seni budaya. Kemudian perkembangan organisasi ini mengalami perubahan dari kelompok seniman bernama Musik Kampungan menjadi Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh. Upaya Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh dalam mengembangkan dan melestarikan seni budaya berupa pelaksanaan program kerja, sosialiasi dan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak. Pengaruh Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh terhadap aspek seni budaya masyarakat adalah terjadinya revitalisasi seni budaya tradisional, bertambahnya partisipasi kepedulian masyarakat terhadap pengembangan dan pelestarian seni budaya di Jatitujuh. Kata kunci: pelestarian seni budaya, seni tradisional, globalisasi ------ ABSTRACT The title of this research is “Peranan Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh dalam Mempopulerkan Seni Budaya di Kabupaten Majalengka 1993-2016”. The author's background takes the theme of the research based on an interest in local history, especially traditional cultural arts. The selection of the Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh as an object of research is based on an interest in cultural arts organizations that continue to preserve traditional arts in the midst of globalization, as well as their history background. The main problem in this essay is "How the role of Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh in Popularized Cultural Arts in Majalengka 1993-2016? Based on these problems, the author divided them into four problem formulations, How is the founding background of Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh in Majalengka? How is the development of Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh in 1993-2016? What is the effort of the Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh in developing and preserving cultural arts in Jatitujuh? What is the influence of Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh on the cultural arts of the Jatitujuh community in 1993-2016? Author use historical methods that consist of four steps which is heusristic, critic, interpretation and historiography. While the research technique is literature and field study in a way of interviewing some relevant resource person. The findings of this study are, the background of the establishment of Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh is the development of the Jatitujuh group of artists engaged in the development and preservation of cultural arts. The development of this organization underwent a change from an artist group called Musik Kampung to the Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh. The efforts of Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh in developing and preserving cultural arts in the form of work programs, socialization and collaboration with various parties. The influence of Komunitas Konser Kampung Jatitujuh on the aspects of the arts and culture of the community is the revitalization of traditional arts and culture, increasing public awareness of the development and preservation of cultural arts in the Jatitujuh.
