Abstract
Limpasan permukaan merupakan air hujan yang tidak dapat ditahan oleh tanah, vegetasi atau cekungan dan akhirnya mengalir langsung ke sungai atau laut. Faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi limpasan sangat diperlukan sebagai acuan untuk pelaksanaan manajemen air. Oleh karena itu dalam perencanaan pengelolaan sumber daya air, limpasan merupakan masalah yang seharusnya diatasi terlebih dahulu sebelum upaya berikutnya dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepadatan tanah dan intensitas hujan terhadap debit limpasan permukaan. Dilakukan di laboratorium Hidrolika Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Sipil Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia menggunakan simulator hujan dengan kepadatan tanah 0,807 gr/cm3, 1,006 gr/cm3 dan 1,099 gr/cm3 dan intensitas hujan 73,82 mm/jam dan 123,14 mm/jam. Kemiringan lahan yang digunakan yaitu sebesar 4%. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 24 kali ulangan yang terbagi dalam 4 kelompok. Hasil plot pada Curve Expert 3D, pengaruh kepadatan tanah dan intensitas hujan terhadap debit limpasan pada rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) 1 didapat nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,911 rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) 2 didapat nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,896 rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) 3 didapat nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,992 rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) 4 didapat nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,986. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang kuat pada variasi kepadatan tanah dan intensitas hujan terhadap debit limpasan. ;--- Surface runoff is rainwater that cannot be held by the soil, vegetation or basin and eventually flows directly into the river or sea. Factors that affect runoff are needed as a reference for the implementation of water management. Therefore, in the planning of water resources management, runoff is a problem that should be addressed first before the next effort is carried out. This study aims to see the effect of soil density and rainfall intensity on surface runoff discharge. Performed in the Hydraulics Laboratory of the Department of Civil Engineering Education, University of Indonesia Education using a rain simulator with soil density of 0.807 gr / cm3, 1.006 gr / cm3 and 1.099 gr / cm3 and rainfall intensity 73.82 mm / hour and 123.14 mm / hour. The slope of the land used is 4%. In this study, 24 replications were divided into 4 groups. Plot results on Curve Expert 3D, the effect of soil density and rainfall intensity on runoff discharge in randomized block design (RBD) 1 obtained the determination coefficient value of 0.911, randomized block design (RBD) 2 obtained the coefficient of determination of 0.896, randomized block design (RBD) 3 obtained coefficient of determination of 0.992, randomized block design (RBD) 4 obtained the coefficient of determination of 0.986. So it can be concluded that there is a strong influence on variations in soil density and rainfall intensity on runoff discharge.
