Abstract

Pekerjaan kaigo merupakan pekerjaan yang membutuhkan kerja sama tim. Sehingga dalam sebuah tim tersebut, kaigo kiroku merupakan hal yang sangat penting dengan memberikan informasi keadaan dan kondisi pasien untuk memberikan tindakan atau penanganan yang terbaik. Dengan adanya kaigo kiroku, semua staf dapat memberikan tindakan atau penanganan yang sama dan sesusai dengan kebutuhan pasien. Dalam penulisan kaigo kiroku, (1) harus mudah dibaca dan mudah dimengerti, (2) ditulis berdasarkan 5W1H (when, where, who, why, what, how), (3) sesuai urutan waktu kejadian, dan (4) harus mencantumkan nama penulisnya. Kaigo kiroku merupakan data yang sangat penting, karena di dalamnya tertulis bermacam-macam informasi, terutama informasi mengenai pasien. Data kaigo kiroku yang didapat, dibagi menjadi 11 kategori tindakan (shokuji kaijo, nyuuyoku kaijo, haisetsu kaijo, kishou kaijo, idou/ijou kaijo, seiyou/koui kaijo, shuushin kaijo, rekurieeshon, fukuyaku kaijo, taichou/kibun henka, jiko houkoku) yang dilakukan oleh careworker. Dari kaigo kiroku yang telah ditulis oleh 8 orang careworker, terdapat kesalahan dalam penulisan kanji, kosakata, kata bantu dan pola kalimat atau ungkapan yang disebabkan karena tidak mengetahui pola atau aturan yang baik dalam penulisan kaigo kiroku dan tidak mempelajarinya. Dari hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menunjang pembelajaran cara penulisan kaigo kiroku bagi calon careworker yang akan bekerja di Jepang. -------- Kaigo's work is a job that requires teamwork. So in a team, kaigo kiroku is very important by providing information on the situation and condition of the patient to give the best action or treatment. With the existence of the Kaigo Kiroku, all staff can provide the same action or treatment according to the patient's needs. In writing kaigo kiroku, (1) it must be easy to read and easy to understand, (2) written based on 5W1H (when, where, who, why, what, how), (3) in the order of time, and (4) must include the name the author. Kaigo kiroku is very important data, because in it is written various kinds of information, especially information about patients. The data of the kaigo kiroku obtained are divided into 11 action categories (shokuji kaijo, nyuuyoku kaijo, haisetsu kaijo, kishou kaijo, gashou kaijo, idou/ ijou kaijo, seiyou/koui kaijo, shuushin kaijo, rekurieeshon, taichou/kibun henka, jiko houkoku) carried out by careworker. From the kaigo kiroku that was written by 8 careworkers, there were errors in writing kanji, vocabulary, and sentence patterns or phrases which caused by not knowing good patterns or rules in writing kaigo kiroku and not learning them. What is expected from the results of this study, can support learning how to write kaigo kiroku for prospective careworkers who will work in Japan.
