Abstract

Kota Baru Parahyangan merupakan salah satu kota satelit terletak di Kabupaten Bandung Barat dan dikembangkan oleh PT. Lymann. Dengan kebutuhan ruang sarana prasana penghubung antara pihak Kota Baru Parahyangan, Kabupaten Bandung Barat maupun komunitas lokal, perencanaan dan pembangunan gedung Exhibisi dan Konvensi yang bertempat di Kota Baru Parahyangan diperlukan. Konsepsi bentuk yang yang digunakan yaitu Kujang, senjata tradisional masyarakat Sunda. Dimana filosofi dibalik bentuk uniknya terlahir oleh tapa brata Prabu Siliwangi dalam penggambarannya yang menggambarkan Jawa dwipa (pulau Jawa). Visi dan Misi dari Kota Baru salah satunya bentuk kota yang unik, terutama pada wilayah segitiga emas (area publik) dimana konsep desain tapak dirancang dinamis dan edukasional. Cara yang dapat ditempuh yaitu menggunakan arsitektur transformatik dimana akan mendapatkan fungsi ruang yang optimum (adisi, substraksi) dan penyelesaian desain berdasarkan teori parametrik (kurvatur, lengkung). Pada proses perencanaan dan perancangan ini penyelesaian dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Rhinoceros dan Grasshopper dalam proses modeling. Dimana masing-masing berfungsi dalam penyelesaian program ruang (space syntax), pembuatan struktur bangunan (grasshopper), dan modeling atau skin (rhinoceros). Kota Baru Parahyangan mengadakan sayembara yang dimulai sejak tahun 2018 dalam perencanaan dan perancangan bangunan pagelaran, hal ini menunjukan akan urgensi butuhnya sarana prasarana bangunan ekshibisi .Selain itu visi Kota Baru Parahyangan yang memiliki pendekatan eksperimen dan tetap menghormati budaya dapat dijadikan korelasi yang tepat antara tapak (lingkungan sekitar), bangunan (transformasi - parametris), dan pengguna (KotBarPar, Pemerintah KBB, Komunitas lokal sekitar). ;--- Kota Baru Parahyangan is one of the satellite cities located in West Bandung and was developed by PT. Lymann. With the need for connecting infrastructure between Kota Baru Parahyangan, West Bandung Regency (KBB) and the local community, the planning and construction of the Exhibition and Convention building located in Kota Baru Parahyangan is needed. Formation conceptions that are used are Kujang, a Sundanesse traditional weapon. Where the philosophy behind its unique form was born by the tapa brata Prabu Siliwangi in its drawing depicting Java dwipa (Java Island). The vision and mission of the New City is one of the unique city forms, especially in the golden triangle area (public area) where the concept of site design is dynamic and educational. The method that can be taken is to use transformational architecture which will get the optimum function of space (addition, subtraction) and completion of the design based on parametric theory (curvature, spatial). In this planning and design process the completion is done using the Rhinoceros and Grasshopper applications in the modeling process. Where it functions in the completion of the space program (space syntax), making building structures (grasshopper), and modeling or skin (rhinoceros). Kota Baru Parahyangan itself has a competition that began in 2018 in planning and designing show buildings, this shows the need for infrastructure facilities for exhibition buildings and the vision of Kota Baru Parahyangan itself which has an experimental approach and respect for culture can be used as the right correlation between sites (environment around), buildings (transformations - parametric), and users (KotBarPar, KBB Government, local communities around).
