    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari kompetensi guru, kinerja guru, pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru serta pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru yang dimoderasi dengan status guru pada guru Produktif Akuntansi di SMK se-Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada guru Produktif Akuntansi di SMK se-Kota Bandung sebanyak sampel yang berjumlah 93 orang dari 122 orang sebagai populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Analisis Regresi Moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompetensi guru Produktif Akuntansi di SMK se-Kota Bandung berada dalam kriteria tinggi yang artinya guru Produktif Akuntansi di SMK se-Kota Bandung memiliki kompetensi yang optimal, dan kinerja guru Produktif Akuntansi di SMK se-Kota Bandung berada dalam kriteria tinggi yang artinya guru Produktif Akuntansi di SMK se-Kota Bandung memiliki kinerja yang optimal. Dari perhitungan uji t pada hipotesis pertama diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel, artinya kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Perhitungan uji t pada hipotesis kedua diketahui bahwa thitung < ttabel, artinya status guru tidak memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru.

    Kompetence, teacher performance, the effect of teacher competence to teacher performance and the effect of teacher competence to teacher performance which is moderated by teacher status in Productive Accounting teachers in Vocational Schools in Bandung. This reasearch used descriptive and verification methods. The data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire that was distributed to Productive Accounting teachers in vocational high schools in Bandung totaling 93 people out of 122 people as populations. This research used Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study are the competence of Productive teachers of Accounting in Vocational Schools in Bandung are in high criteria which means Productive teachers of Accounting in Vocational Schools in Bandung have optimal competence, and the performance of Productive teachers of Accounting in Vocational Schools in Bandung is in a high criterion which means that Productive teachers of Accounting in Vocational Schools in Bandung have optimal performance. From the calculation of the t-test on the first hypothesis shows that tstatistic> ttable, which means is that teacher competence has a positive effect to teacher performance. t-test calculation on the second hypothesis shows that tstatistic < ttable, which means is that teacher status does not strengthen the effect of teacher competence on teacher performance.
