    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan standar usaha taman rekreasi dan kendala pengelola dalam menerapkan standar tersebut serta mengukur kepuasan pengunjung terhadap unsur yang sudah diterapkan. Ketiga hal tersebut digunakan untuk mengevaluasi standar usaha taman rekreasi yang ideal berdasarkan perspektif pengelola dan pengunjung. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis verbatim, Guttman, dan triangulasi data. Data didapat dari observasi serta wawancara dengan informan sebanyak 3 orang pengelola dari berbagai level manajemen dan 30 orang dari pengunjung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase pemenuhan standar usaha taman rekreasi di Taman Lalu Lintas sebesar 70% dan kendala terbesar bagi pengelola terletak pada aspek pengelolaan serta persentase kepuasan pengunjung sebesar 81,8%. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan rekomendasi bagi pemerintah yaitu mengenai ruang karyawan, bengkel,fasilitas angkat angkut, instalasi genset, serta area ibadah khusus karyawan.----------The aim of this study are to identify the applying business standards of recreational park and the manager contraints for applying the business standards and to identify the visitors satisfaction to the element which is applied. Thats all used to evaluate the ideal business standards of recreational park based on the manager and visitor perspective. The method of this analysis is descriptive qualitative with verbatim analysis, Guttman analysis, and triangulation data. The data obtained from observation and interview with 3 informant from any level management and 30 person from visitor. The result of this study found that the percentage of applying business standards in Taman Lalu Lintas is 70% the biggest contraints located at the management aspect with percentage of visitors satisfaction is 81,8%. From the results of the analysis acquired recommendation for the goverment about the employees room, workshop, transportation facilities, generator, and worship place for the employees.
