Abstract

Dilaksanakannya penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh permasalahan turunnya employee engagement karyawan PT. Pelangi Nusa Djaya dari tahun 2014-2018. Employee engagement karyawan merupakan faktor penting bagi kesuksesan perusahaan. Salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan employee engagement adalah dengan adanya job resources yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai job resources dan employee engagement PT. Pelangi Nusa Djaya serta mengetahui pengaruh job resources terhadap employee engagement PT. Pelangi Nusa Djaya Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode desktiptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 51 karyawan PT. Pelangi Nusa Djaya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Kemudian untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian, digunakan uji-t untuk mengetahui tingkat signifikansi koefisien korelasi antar kedua variabel yang diteliti.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran job resources dan employee engagement karyawan PT Pelangi Nusa Djaya yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Perhitungan regresi menunjukkan bahwa job resources memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement sebesar 60,21%.---------The implementation of this research was in the background behind the problems of the PT Pelangi Nusa Djaya employee engagement decliment in 2014-2018 period. Employee engagement is one the important factors for the sucssesment in the company. One of the factors to increase employee engagement is by having good work resources. The purpose of this research is to study the resources employee engagement of PT. Pelangi Nusa Djaya employees and know the effect of work resources on the employee engagement. The method used for this research is descriptive and verification method with the participation of 51 employees and all of them is taken as a sample. The analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple linear regression analysis. Then to test the research hypothesis, a t-test was used to determine the level of significance of the correlation coefficient between the two variables studied. The results showed an overview of job resources and employee engagement of PT Pelangi Nusa Djaya employees who were in the high category. Regression calculations show that job resources have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement by 60.21%.
