Abstract

Fokus utama penelitian adalah kepuasan kerja karyawan Lenzing PT. South Pasific Viscose Purwakarta. Dari banyaknya faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, yang menarik penelitian adalah lingkungan kerja non fisik. Hal ini berdasarkan teori Duane (2005) yang menyatakan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik adalah aspek fisik psikologis kerja dan peraturan kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan pencapaian produktivitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kepuasan kerja karyawan Lenzing PT. South Pasific Viscose Purwakarta, dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi pegawai Lenzing PT. South Pasific Viscose Purwakarta divisi HRD yang berjumlah 327 pegawai dan sampel 84 pegawai. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan dan menggunakan teknik sampling random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis verifikasi dan koefisien korelasi pearson product moment. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T. berdasarkan uji T, lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Agar penelitian ini memiliki nilai kebermaknaan, sebaiknya dilanjutkan dengan penelitian berikutnya terkait variabel lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.----------The main focus of research is the work satisfaction of Lenzing PT South Pasific Viscose Purwakarta employees. Of the many factors that affect job satisfaction, what is interesting about research is the non-physical work environment. This is based on the theory of Duane (2005) which states that the non-physical work environment is a physical psycholog aspect of work and work regulations that can affect job satisfaction and productivity achievement. The purpose of this study was to know the description of the non-physical work environment and employess job satisfaction of Lenzing of PT. South Pacific Viscose Purwakarta, and the influence of non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with the population of Lenzing of PT. South Pacific Viscose Purwakarta HRD division totaling 327 employees and a sample of 84 employees. By using questionnaire data collection techniques and literature study and using random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, verification analysis and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. Hypothesis testing using the T test based on the T test, non-physical work environment affects employee job satisfaction. So that this research has a meaningful value, it should be continued with subsequent research related to other variables that affect employee job satisfaction.
