Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya mutu proses pembelajaran yang menjadi inti dari mutu pendidikan, salah satu upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan adalah dengan cara memperbaiki mutu proses pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik dan manajemen kelas disebutkan sebagai salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh supervisi akademik dan manajemen kelas terhadap mutu proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan koesioner atau angket, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi, regresi, dan pengujian setiap hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisis data, ditemukan bahwa supervisi akademik dan manajemen kelas memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu proses pembelajaran dengan kategori kuat. Berdasarkan temuan, penulis merekomendasikan kepada kepala sekolah untuk dapat melakukan supervisi akademik secara teratur dan sesuai standar mutu, serta perlu mampu menindaklanjuti hasil supervisi akademik. Sedangkan guru diharapkan untuk terus berupaya meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran khusunya aspek evaluasi dan tindak lanjut pembelajaran, meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar dan manajemen kelas yang baik.----------This research is motivated by the not yet optimal quality of the learning process which is the core of the quality of education, one of the efforts to improve the quality of education is by improving the quality of the learning process. Academic supervision and class management are mentioned as one of the factors that influence the quality of the learning process. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of academic supervision and classroom management on the quality of the learning process. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using questionnaires or questionnaires, data analysis used is correlation analysis, regression, and testing of each hypothesis. Based on data analysis, it was found that academic supervision and classroom management had a positive and significant effect on the quality of the learning process in the strong category. Based on the findings, the authors recommend to the principal to be able to conduct academic supervision regularly and according to quality standards, and need to be able to follow up on the results of academic supervision. While teachers are expected to continue to work to improve the quality of the learning process especially aspects of evaluation and follow-up learning, improve teaching skills and good classroom management.
