Abstract

Perkembangan sektor pertanian masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan. Industri nasional dinilai masih lemah dalam penguasaan teknologi. Penerapan iptek pada petani pun masih terbatas. Dalam merespon amanah pemerintah pusat yang tercantum dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional (RPJMN) 2014 – 2019 , Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia melalui Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pertanian (Balitbangtan) mengembangankan pembangunan Kawasan Agro Science and Techno Park. Untuk itu dilakukan kajian perancangan dan pengembangan Agro Techno Park di Desa Hegarmanah, Kabupaten Jatinagor dengan tujuan menciptakan suatu wadah/tempat pelatihan penerapan teknologi pertanian. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan dan pengembangan Agro Techno Park adalah dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, serta teknik pembahasan dengan metode deskriptif dan komparatif. Perencanaan dan perancangan Agro Techno Park menghasilkan rancangan yang berfungsi sebagai sarana pengembangan invensi untuk menjadi inovasi, yang dilengkapi dengan unit percontohan berskala pengembangan, berwawasan agribisnis hulu - hilir, bersifat holistik dan komprehensif untuk pengembangan, penerapan teknologi praproduksi, produksi, panen, pasca panen, dan pengolahan hingga pemasaran. Keberadaan Agro Techno Park tersebut diharapkan mampu mempercepat transfer teknologi bidang pertanian khususnya kepada petani. Sehingga para petani bisa menjadi lebih produktif dan mandiri. Konsep dasar yang dipakai pada perancangan ini adalah “Arsitektur Ekologis” yaitu merupakan konsep perancangan yang mengolaborasikan antara bangunan dengan lingkugannya (alam), dan diarahkan terciptanya rancangan yang memiliki prinsip berkelanjutan. ...... The development of the agricultural sector still faces various problems. National industry is still considered weak in mastering technology. The application of science and technology to farmers is still limited. In response to the central government's mandate stated in the 2014-2019 National Long Term Development Plan (RPJMN), the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia through the Agricultural Research and Development Center (Balitbangtan) develops the development of the Agro Science and Techno Park Area. For this reason, a design and development study of Agro Techno Park in Hegarmanah Village, Jatinagor District was conducted with the aim of creating a place / training place for the application of agricultural technology. The method used in the design and development of Agro Techno Park is with primary and secondary data collection techniques, as well as discussion techniques with descriptive and comparative methods. Agro Techno Park's planning and design produces a design that serves as a means of developing inventions to become an innovation, which is equipped with a development-scale pilot unit, upstream-downstream, holistic and comprehensive agribusiness perspective for development, application of preproduction technology, production, harvest, post-harvest, and processing to marketing. The existence of Agro Techno Park is expected to accelerate the transfer of technology in agriculture, especially to farmers. So that farmers can become more productive and independent. The basic concept used in this design is "Ecological Architecture" which is a design concept that collaborates between a building and its environment (nature), and is directed towards creating a design that has a sustainable principle.
