Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh customer experience terhadap revisit intention di Farmhouse Lembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi adanya customer experience, revisit intention dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel customer experience terhadap revisit intention di Farmhouse Lembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuisioner. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah customer experience yang terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu sensory, emotional, dan social experience sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitianini yaitu revisit intention yang terdiri dari repeat dan recomended. Data yang didapat melalui kuisioner menggunakan aplikasi google form dan secara manual disebarkan kepada wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis linear sederhana dengan tujuan mengetahui seberapa tinggi pengaruh variabel customer experience terhadap revisit intention. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat dalam penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa skor mengenai customer experience berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor 3.717 dan skor mengenai revisit intention juga berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan skor 1543. Dilihat dari besaran pengaruh customer experience terhadap revisit intention yaitu sebesar 31,2% atau dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh customer experience berada pada kategori cukup. ------ This research analyzes the influence of customer experience on revisit intention in Farmhouse Lembang. The purpose of this research to identify the existence of customer experience, revisit intention and analyze the influence of customer experience variable to revisit intention in Farmhouse Lembang. This type of research is descriptive and vericular research. In this study, data collection techniques were obtained through observation and questionnaire. The free variables in this research are the customer experience which is divided into three namely sensory, emotional, and social experience while the variables are tied in the research of the revisit intention consisting of repeat and recomended. The Data is obtained through the questionnaire using the Google form application and is manually disseminated to travelers who have visited as many as 100 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is a simple linear analysis technique with the aim of knowing how high the Customer experience variable affects the revisit intention. Based on the research results obtained in this research, it is known that the score about the customer experience is in the high category with a score of 3,717 and the score of the revisit intention also be in the high category with a score of 1543. Judging by the impact of customer experience on revisit intention is 31.2% or can be concluded that the influence of customer experience is in the category enough.
