    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyaknya siswa yang memperoleh hasil belajar kurang dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi dilihat dari hasil penilaian akhir semester genap pada SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung wilayah A tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Personality siswa terhadap hasil belajar dengan variabel moderator Self determination. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 377 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 194 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan Moderat Regression Analysis (MRA) dan analisis tranform data mean centered. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Personality dilihat dari Extraversion, Agreableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Instablity, Openess, dan Self determination berada pada kategori sedang. (2) Personality dilihat dari Extraversion, Agreableness, dan Conscientiousness berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. (3) Personality dilihat dari Emotional instability berpengaruh negatif terhadap hasil belajar. (4) Personality dilihat dari openess tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. (5) Self determination tidak memoderasi hubungan antara Personality siswa dengan hasil belajar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk pengajaran dan penelitian pada lingkukan sekolah menengah atas.

    This study is based on many students get the learning outcomes which is still less than the Minimum Criteria from the results of the final examination on second semester in Senior High School in Region A of Bandung City on academic years 2018/2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of student Personality on student learning outcomes in economic subjects with Self determination as a moderator variables. The method used in this study is the explanatory survey with a population of 370 students. By using random sampling techniques, this study selected 194 students as a sample. For the data analysis, this study was used multiple linear regression analysis with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) and mean centered tranform data analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Personality from the Extraversion, agreableness, conscientiousness, emotional instablity, Openes variable, and Self determination is in the moderate category. (2) There is a positive influence on the Personality from the Extraversion, agreableness, conscientiousness, and Openess of learning outcomes. (3) There is a negative influence on the Personality from the Emotional instability of learning outcomes. (4) Personality from openess has no influnce on learning outcomes. (5) Self determination not moderates the relationship between student Personality towards student learning outcomes. The implications of these results for instruction and research on person–environment fit in senior high school are discussed.
