Abstract

Vokal di dalam seni bermusik adalah sebuah alunan-alunan nada yang berasal dari suara manusia. Pada saat ini vokal merupakan salah satu tipe bermusik yang populer karena vokal bisa dijalankan tanpa menggunakan suatu itringan atau alat musik. ‘O sole mio merupakan salah satu Aria antik dan di populerkan oleh penyanyi ternama Luciano Pavarotti. Menurut Andy Mahaendra (2010) ‘O sole mio adalah lagu rakyat Neopolitan. ‘O sole mio buah karya E. Di Capua juga merupakan salah satu karya yang dikenal di dunia. Lagu itu kerap menjadi soundtrack film-film generasi lama. Penyanyi-penyanyi opera seperti Enrico Caruso, Luciano Pavarotti, atau Andrea Bocelli juga kerap membawakannya.

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung, khususnya untuk mengtetahui karakteristik vokal yang digunakan Luciano pavarotti dalam menyanyikan aria ‘O sole mio; Untuk mengetahui penerapan teknik vokal Luciano pavarotti pada aria ‘O sole mio

Peneliti menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Dekriptif Analitis. Penggunaan metode ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan serta menguraikan keadaan dan fenomena, dalam hal ini adalah Analisis teknik vokal Luciano Pavarotti pada lagu Aria O Sole Mio karya E. Di Capua”.

Dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa teknik vokal pada dasarnya semua sama dan juga terintegrasi sama akan tetapi jika sudah mengenai placement itu langsung berbeda sesuai dengan budaya dan darimana bahasa itu berasal. Teknik vokal yang digunakan oleh Luciano Pavarotti itu menggunakan teknik vokal italy atau disebut dengan teknik Bel Canto.

ABSTRACT

Vocals in the art of music are strains of tone that come from human voices. At this time vocal is one of the most popular types of music because vocal can be performed without using a musical instrument or instrument. Sole O sole mio is one of the antique Aria and is popular with famous singer Luciano Pavarotti. According to Andy Mahaendra (2010) ‘O sole mio is a Neopolitan folk song. Sole O sole mio by E. Di Capua is also one of the most recognizable works in the world. The song is often the soundtrack of old generation films. Opera performers like Enrico Caruso, Luciano Pavarotti, or Andrea Bocelli also often perform it.
The purpose of this study is to find out more about the on -going learning process, especially To find out the vocal techniques used by Luciano Pavarotti to sing aria ‘O sole mio; To find out the application of the vocal technique of Luciano pavarotti on aria ‘O sole mio

Researchers used a qualitative method with an analytical descriptive approach. The use of this method is intended to describe and describe the circumstances and phenomena, in this case the analysis of Luciano Pavarotti's vocal technique on the song Aria O Sole Mio by E. Di Capua ".

From this research it can be concluded that the vocal techniques are basically all the same and also integrated the same but if it is about the placement it is directly different according to the culture and where the language originated. The vocal technique used by Luciano Pavarotti uses the Italian vocal technique or called the bell canto technique.
