Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sikap apatis peserta didik terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya yang merupakan dampak negatif dari kemajuan IPTEK yang pesat, khususnya teknologi gawai yang semakin canggih. Apabila tidak bijaksana dalam penggunaannya terutama anak-anak tidak didampingi oleh orang tua akan memberikan dampak negatif seperti mengurangi kepekaan sosial lingkungannya dikarenakan sudah terbiasa berada di dunia maya. Permasalahan tersebut mampu diatasi dengan adanya pendidikan inklusif yang dapat mengembalikan sikap sosial positif anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan melakukan validitas data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Program sekolah inklusif merupakan program yang digulirkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk semua sekolah reguler untuk dapat menerima anak berkebutuhan khusus bersekolah di sekolah reguler; (2) Pelaksanaan program sekolah inklusif sama dengan bagaimana proses pelaksanaan disekolah reguler dengan menggunakan kurikulum yang sama dan rencana pembelajaran yang sama; (3) Penerapan program sekolah inklusif memberikan dampak yang positif bagi peserta didik reguler maupun inklusi yangmana dapat belajar untuk saling menghargai, menghormati satu sama lain sehingga dapat membangun sikap empati; (4) Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan program sekolah inklusif kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap program sekolah inklusif, sarana dan prasarana belum lengkap, keterbatasannya guru dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajaran, serta tidak adanya pelatihan khusus bagi guru mengenai pendidikan inklusif. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu adanya sosialisasi kepada guru-guru mengenai program sekolah inklusi, berdiskusi dengan guru mata pelajaran lainnya pendekatan individu oleh guru kepada peserta didik inklusi.;--The research was distributed by apathy towards the surrounding environment of the learner which is the negative impact of rapid advances in science and technology, especially in an increasingly sophisticated technological gadget. If you are not wise in its use especially children not accompanied by parents will give negative impacts such as reduced sensitivity to social environment due to already accustomed to being in the virtual world. These problems were able to be overcome by the existence of an inclusive education which can restore a positive social attitude. This research uses qualitative descriptive method and approach. Using data collection techniques interviews, observation and study of documentation. Technique of data analysis by reduction of data, data presentation, and conclusion of withdrawal do the validity of data. The results of this research are (1) the inclusive school Programs is the program rolled out by the Government of Indonesia to all regular school for children in need can receive Special attended regular schools; (2) the implementation of the inclusive school programs similar to how the process of implementation in all schools with regular use the same curriculum and the same learning plans; (3) the implementation of the inclusive school programs provide a positive impact for learners as well as regular inclusions which can learn to appreciate each other, respect each other so can build attitude of empathy; (4) the obstacles in the implementation of the inclusive school program teacher's lack of understanding towards the inclusive school programs, facilities and infrastructure are not yet complete, its limitations as teachers in making learning planning, as well as the lack of special training for inclusive education is about teachers. The effort can be done namely dissemination to teachers regarding school inclusion, discussing with teachers of other subjects an individual approach by the teacher to the learner inclusion.
