Abstract

Kemajuan atau kemunduran ekonomi suatu bangsa ditentukan oleh keberadaan dan peranan dari kelompok wirausahawan. Pertumbuhan wirausaha membawa peningkatan perekonomian yang luar biasa bagi suatu Negara, sehingga semakin banyak suatu Negara yang memiliki wirausahawan maka semakin meningkatnya perekonomian di Negara tersebut. Ketatnya persaingan, dan hal itu menuntut agar para pelaku usaha dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yang senantiasa berubah. Oleh karena itu para pelaku usaha harus mampu mempertahankan kelangsungan usahanya sekaligus mengembangkan usahanya. Suatu usaha dikatakan berhasil apabila memiliki suatu kelebihan dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya atau dengan perusahaan sekelasnya. Keberhasilan usaha pada hakikatnya adalah keberhasilan dari bisnis dalam mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran perilaku kewirausahaan (2) gambaran kreativitas (3) gambaran keberhasilan usaha (4) besarnya pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan dan kreativitas terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 21 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for windows. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran perilaku kewirausahaan berada pada kategori baik, gambaran kreativitas berada pada kategori tinggi dan gambaran keberhasilan usaha berada pada kategori tinggi. Perilaku kewirausahaan dan kreativitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Dampak jika tidak diterapkan perilaku kewirausahaan dan kreativitas, maka perusahaan tidak dapat mencapai keberhasilan usaha. Penulis merekomendasikan agar Sentra Pengrajin Boneka Kopo Sayati Kabupaten Bandung agar dapat lebih memperhatikan faktor perilaku kewirausahaan dan kreativitas untuk dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha dengan perusahaan lain. Economic’s progress or decline in a nation is determined by the existence of the role of entrepreneurial groups. Entrepreneurial growth brings a tremendous increase in the economy for a country, so that if a country has more and more entrepreneurs, the economy will also increase. The intense competition requires businesses to face the ever-changing needs of consumers. Therefore, entrepreneurs must able to maintain their business very well, and able to develop their business. A business will succeed if it has an advantage compared to the previous period or with companies in its class. The success of a business is essentially the success of a business in achieving its goals. This present study aims to obtain several things, such as (1) the description of entrepreneurial behavior (2) the description of creativity (3) the description of business success (4) the magnitude of the influence of entrepreneurial behavior and creativity on business success. The type of a present study is using descriptive and verification. The method of a present study is using an explanatory survey with samples about 21 respondents. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression with statistical software for service solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for Windows. The findings of the study indicate that the description of entrepreneurial behavior is in a good category, the description of creativity is in a high category and the description of business success is in a high category as well. Entrepreneurial behavior and creativity have a significant influence on business success. Impact if not implemented and promoted, then the company cannot achieve success. The author believes that the Kopo Sayati's Doll Craftsman Center in Bandung District can pay attention to entrepreneurship and creativity to increase business productivity with other companies.
