    Penelitiаn ini bertujuаn untuk mengetаhui: pengаruh likuiditаs dan leverаge terhadap financial distress. Financial distress sebagai variabel dependen diukur dengan interest coverage ratio. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan current ratio dan debt to equity ratio. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif.
    Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate yang tercatat di BEI 2014-2018. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi panel.
    Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perkembangan likuiditas menurun, perkembangan leverage meningkat dan perkembangan financial distress yang cenderung meningkat. Berdasarkan uji F, likuiditas dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap financial distres, berdasarkan uji T, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap financial distress.

    This study аimed to determine: the impаct of liquidity and leverаge against financial distress. Financial distress as dependent variabel measured by interest coverage ratio. The independent variabels in this study measured by current ratio and debt to equity ratio. This research used quantitative methods.
    The research population is a sub-sector company of Properti and Real Estate listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. Samples taken with purposive sampling techniques. The analytical techniques used are panel regression analysis.
    The results revealed that the development of liqidity decreased, the development of leverage increased and the development of financial distress that decreases. Based on the F test, the liquidity and leverage are pensive to financaial distress, based on the T test, the liquidity has no effect on financial distress and leverage affect on the financial distress.
