Abstract

Penelitianinidilatarbelakangiolehhasilbelajarmatematikapadamateribilanganpecahanpada semester II masihtergolongrendahkarenamasihdibawahnilaistandar minimal 70. Siswa yang mendapatkannilaidiatas KKM sebesar 26 % sedangkansiswa yang mendapatkannilaidibawah KKM sebesar 74 %.Penelitianinibertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi bilangan pecahan melalui pendekatan RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) adalah untuk 1). mengetahuiperencanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan RME(Realistic Mathematics Education)pada materi bilangan pecahan di kelas IV SDN Gentra Masekdas”. 2). mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) pada materi bilangan pecahan di kelas IV SDN Gentra Masekdas”. 3) untukmengetahui hasil belajar matematika siswa setelah memperoleh pembelajaran melalui pendekatan RME (Realistic Mathematics Education)pada materi bilangan pecahan di kelas IV SDN Gentra Masekdas”. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV SDN Gentra Masekdas Kota Bandung dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil dari penelitian peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi bilangan pecahan melalui pendekatan RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) adalah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan. Pada siklus I prosentase aktifitas mencapai 32 % sedangkan prosentase pada siklus II aktifitas meningkat menjadi 75%. Peningkatan aktifitas siswa dari siklus I sampai siklus II diperoleh gain sebesar 43%. Kata-kata kunci: hasil balajar matematika, bilangan pecahan, pendekatan RME This research is motivated by the results of studying mathematics at the material fractions in the second half is still relatively low because it is still below the standard value of at least 70. Students who scored above KKM 26% while students who scored below KKM 74%. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes approach the material fractions through RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) is to 1). know the learning plan with an approach RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) on material fractions in fourth grade SDN GentraMasekdas. 2). determine the implementation of learning by using the approach of RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) on material fractions in fourth grade SDN GentraMasekdas. 3) to determine students' mathematics achievement after learning gained through approaches RME (Realistic Mathematics Education)on material fractions in fourth grade SDN GentraMasekdas. The research was conducted in the fourth grade SDN GentraMasekdas Bandung method Classroom Action Research (CAR). Results of research into improved student learning outcomes in mathematics material fractions through RME approach (Realistic Mathematics Education) is showing an increase. In the first cycle, the activity percentage reached 32%, while the percentage in the second cycle activity increased to 75%. The increased activities of students from cycle I to cycle II obtained a gain of 43%. Key words: the results of Study abroad math, fractions, RME approach
