    Abstract

    Banjir merupakan suatu keadaan terjadinya luapan/limpasan yang disebabkan besarnya debit aliran suatu badan air sehingga melampaui kapasitas daya tampung badan air tersebut. Kondisi drainase di Perumahan Bumi Adipura Gedebage yang mengalir ke Sungai Cinambo mengalami luapan pada daerah perumahan sekitar outlet. Luapan Sungai Cinambo saat hujan deras dengan intensitas tingg sering menyebabkan banjir yang merendam perumahan Bumi Adipura. Prosedur uji kecocokan pada analisis hidrologi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smirnov Kolmogorov debit banjir periode ulang 2 tahun (Q2), banjir pada penampang hilir mencapai puncaknya pada jam ke 12.00 dengan muka air maksimum pada elevasi +660,6 m. Kecepatan aliran maksimum untuk Q2 adalah 2,738 m/det dan kecepatan rata-rata aliran sebesar 1,068 m/det. Hasil perhitungan kemudian di simulasikan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SWMM ( Storm Water Management Model). SWMM merupakan perangkat lunak untuk drainase. Pada kondisi eksisting, ada beberapa saluran mengalami luapan. Upaya penanggulangan banjir direncanakan dengan menggunakan pompa di kedua outlet Cinambo. Hasil redesain saluran, yaitu saluran C2 tinggi menjadi 250 cm dan lebar 200 cm, dan saluran C10 tinggi menjadi 250 cm dan lebar 250cm.;--Flooding is a condition of overflow / runoff caused by the flow rate of a water body that exceeds the carrying capacity of the water body. The drainage condition in Bumi Adipura Gedebage Housing which flows into the Cinambo River is overflowing in the residential area around the outlet. The Cinambo River during high rainfall intensity often causes floods that soak the Earth Adipura housing. The matching test procedure for hydrological analysis was performed using Smirnov Kolmogorov flood discharge of 2 year return period (Q2), the flood at the downstream cross-section reached its peak at 12.00 hours with maximum water level at +660.6 m elevation. The maximum flow velocity for Q2 is 2,738 m / s and the average flow speed is 1,068 m / s. The calculation results are then simulated using the SWMM (Storm Water Management Model) software. SWMM is a software for drainage. In existing conditions, some channels are overflowing. Flood prevention efforts are planned using pumps at both Cinambo outlets. The channel's redesigned product, which is the C2 channel high to 250 cm and 200 cm wide, and C10 channel high to 250 cm and width 250cm.
