Abstract

Korupsi sebagai salah satu patologi sosial yang dalam jangka panjang dapat menghancurkan sendi-sendi kehidupan negara dan kehancuran spiritual sehingga dalam pemberantasannya tidak cukup jika hanya dengan penegakan hukum semata. Diperlukan semangat dan atmosfer anti korupsi yang direalisasikan melalui pendidikan formal disekolah dengan cara penanaman pola pikir, sikap, dan perilaku antikorupsi. Dalam hal ini VCT merupakan salah satu pola pendekatan pembinaan dan pengembanggan moral (Moral Development) dalam pembelajaran dikelas yang dapat digunakan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai anti-korupsi pada diri siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran Value clarification technique terhadap karakter anti-korupsi siswa pada pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 2 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain “non-equivalent control group” dengan pola “sebelum” dan “sesudah” serta dilakukan treatment pada kelas VIII-E sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kepada VIII-I sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel bertujuan (purposive sampel) dan pengumpulan data karakter anti-korupsi siswa dengan menggunakan angket tertutup. Setelah data terkumpul, kemudian dilakukan analisis kuantitatif melalui uji hipotesis atau Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari karakter anti-korupsi kelas eksperimen yang diberikan treatment menggunakan model pembelajaran value clarification technique dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode ceramah. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari penggunaan model pembelajaran value clarification technique terhadap karakter anti-korupsi siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS. ..... Corruption as one of the social pathology that in the long term can destroy the joints of state life and spiritual destruction so that in it’s eradication is not enough if only by law enforcement. Required spirit and atmosphere of anti-corruption realized through formal education at school by way of planting mindset, attitude, and behavior of anticorruption. In this case VCT is one pattern of moral development and moral development approach in classroom learning that can be used to instill students' anti-corruption values. This Study aims to examine the effect of learning Model of value clarification technique on student Anti-corruption character in social studies at 2 Bandung Junior High School. This research used quasi experimental method with design non-equivalent control group with pattern “before” and “after” and as well as conducted treatment at class VIII-E as an experiment class and class VIII-I as control class. Sampling technique in this research using non probability sample with data collection of student. Anti-corruption character is using closed questionare. After the data are collected , then conducted a quantitative analysis through hypotesis test or t-test. The result obtained from experiment class between treated class (with value clarification technique) and untreated class showing there is a difference between before and after treatment. Meanwhile in control class there’s no difference between before and after treatment. So it can be concluded there is the effectiveness of learning model value clarifiation technique that effect the student Anti-corruption character in learning social studies.
