Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitain ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh soft skill guru dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar pada mata pelajaran produktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 dengan model rating scale. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru produktif SMK Negeri 1 Katapang Kabupaten Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara soft skill guru terhadap keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil perhitungan t hitung diperoleh 5,128, sedangkan untuk t tabel dengan signifikansi 0,05 adalah 2,02, artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Nilai korelasi pearson (Pearson Corrrelation) = 0,621 artinya hubungan positif kriteria rendah antara soft skill dengan keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar produktif. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pengelolaan kelas terhadap keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil perhitungan t hitung diperoleh 8,755, sedangkan untuk t tabel dengan signifikansi 0,05 adalah 2,02, artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Nilai korelasi pearson (Pearson Corrrelation) = 0,804 artinya hubungan positif kriteria kuat antara pengelolaan kelas dengan keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar produktif. 3) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan antara soft skill guru dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap keberhasilan proses belajar dan mengajar. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil perhitungan F hitung diperoleh 38,480, sedangakan untuk F tabel dengan signifikasi 0,05 adalah 3,23 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Nilai koefisien diterminasi sebesar 0,625 artinya mempunyai hubungan positif dengan kontribusi sebesar 65,5 % antara soft skill guru dan pengelolaan kelas secara bersamaan terhadap keberhasilan proses belajar dan mengajar produktif. This is based on the results of the calculation of tarithmetic obtained 5.128, while for ttables with a significance of 0.05 is 2.02, meaning Ho rejected and Ha be accepted. Pearson correlation value (Pearson Correction) = 0.621 means that the positive criterion is a low relationship between soft skills and the success of productive teaching and learning. 2) There is a positive influence between classroom management on the success of the teaching and learning process. This is based on the results of the calculation of tarithmetic obtained 8.755, while for ttables with a significance of 0.05 is 2.02, meaning Ho rejected and Ha be accepted. Pearson correlation value (Pearson Correction) = 0.804 means that the positive relationship is a strong criterion between classroom management and the success of the productive teaching and learning process. 3) There is a significant simultaneous effect between soft skills teacher and classroom management on the success of the learning and teaching process. This is based on calculations Fcount obtained 38.480, while the F fortable with significance 0.05 is 3.23 meaning that Ho rejected and Ha be accepted. The coefficient value is terminated at 0.625 which means it has a positive relationship with a contribution of 65.5% between the soft skills of the teacher and class management simultaneously on the success of the productive teaching and learning process.
