Abstract

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA TIM PADA PROYEK KONSTRUKSI Oleh: Shafira Pratiwi, Dewi Yustiarini1, Mardiani2 Program Studi Teknik Sipil S1, Fakultas Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Email: Shafira.pratiwi05@yahoo.com ABSTRAK Seorang mandor mempunyai peran terhadap keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Pada prakteknya, kepemimpinan seorang mandor tidak selalu dapat diterima oleh para pekerja sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja tim pada proyek konstruksi. Sementara tim proyek harus dikelola secara baik, salah satunya untuk pencapaian proyek seperti tepat waktu; tepat biaya dan tepat mutu. Untuk menghindari hal tersebut, maka dibuat penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja tim proyek konstruksi. Pada penelitian ini, yang dimaksudkan dengan pemimpin yang akan ditinjau yaitu mandor harus dapat berperan dalam memimpin dan mengawasi kinerja tenaga operasional suatu proyek yang dapat mengarahkan dan mempengaruhi bawahannya untuk mencapai tujuan proyek. Metode studi literatur dipergunakan untuk membangun model konseptual. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan mengambil data menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur persepsi responden dengan skala likert 1-5. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 60 responden pada tim proyek konstruksi yaitu tukang untuk bangunan gedung tidak sederhana kepada tiga perusahaan kontraktor di Kota Bandung. Setelah dilakukan analisis regresi didapatkan persamaan Y = 10,374 + 0,793 X dan hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tim pada proyek konstruksi dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,628. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pemimpin memiliki sifat suportif yang sangat kuat serta individu dan lingkungan kerja serta berkontribusi besar dalam peningkatan kinerja tim proyek. Secara keseluruhan, apabila gaya kepemimpinan mandor baik, maka kinerja tim proyek pun akan meningkat. Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja tim, proyek konstruksi. While the project team must be managed properly, one of them is to achieve projects such as being on time; right cost and right quality. In order to avoid this, this research was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style on construction project team performance. In this study, the leader goes to the foreman must be able in leading and supervising the performance of the operational staff of a project that can direct and influence subordinates to achieve goals. The literature study method is used to construct a conceptual model. This research was conducted by quantitative method and taking data using a questionnaire to measure respondents perceptions with a likert scale of 1-5. Questionnaires were distributed to 60 respondents on the construction project team, these are workers for complex buildings to three contractor companies in Bandung. After a regression analysis is obtained by the equation Y = 10.374 + 0.793 X and the results that the leadership style has a positive impact on team performance on construction projects with an R square value of 0.628. The results of this study indicate the leader is very supportive and also the individuals and the work environment contributes greatly in improving the performance of the project team. Overall, if the foreman's leadership style is good, then the project team's performance will also improve. Keywords: Leadership style, team performance, construction project.
