Abstract

ABSTRAK Self efficacy merupakan persepsi individu akan keyakinan atas kemampuannya melakukan tindakan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini merumuskan masalah mengenai bagaimana self-efficacy peserta didik sebelum diterapkannya model TANDUR pada pembelajaran tari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy pserta didik berupa memantapkan suasana yang mengundang keterlibatan, menyajikan masalah untuk didiskusikan, memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi dalam berkarya tari, mengembangkan pertimbangan nilai pribadi, mengidentifikasikan alternatif tindakan seperti bekerja sama dengan teman, merumuskan keepakatan, dan tindak lanjut dalam pembelajaran tari di sekolah. Manfaat peneliti ini yaitu meningkatkan self-efficacy peserta didik kelas X AKL 4 di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode Pre-Eksperimental dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Peneliti ini menguji sebab akibat antar variabel melalui langkah manipulasi, pengendalian, dan pengamatan. Sampel diambil menggunakan cara Purposive Sampling berjumlah 35 peserta didik. Variabel yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah implementasi model TANDUR pada pembelajaran tari sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan meningkatkan self-efficacy peserta didik sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa self-efficacy peserta didik sebelum diterapkannya model pembelajaran TANDUR masih rendah atau tidak signifikan dengan perolehan nilai 63-64 kurang dari cukup, self-efficacy peserta didik saat proses implementasi model pembelajaran TANDUR tergolong signifikan dengan nilai 88,50 atau masuk dalam kategori cukup (rentang nilai 78-80) dan implementasi model TANDUR pada pembelajaran tari berpengaruh positif terhadap self-efficacy peserta didik dengan hasil t hitung 9,468 dan t tabel 1,697 dan signifikan dengan rentang nilai 80-90 ata masuk dalam kategori baik. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran TANDUR, Self-Efficacy, Pembelajaran Tari   ABSTRACT Self efficacy is the individual's perception of the ability to do the expected actions. This research question showed a problem regarding how students' self-efficacy before TANDUR model was applied in dance learning. The research was aimed to improve psychiatric self-efficacy, which are 1) stabilizing the situation that invites participation 2) presenting problems to be discussed 3) solving the problems faced in dancing,4) developing personal value considerations 5) identifying alternative actions such as collaborating with friends, making a decision, and following up in dance learning at school. The benefit of this research is to improve the self-efficacy of tenth grade students in AKL 4 class at SMK 1 Sangkuriang Cimahi. This research method used the Pre-Experimental method with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research tested the cause and effect between variables through manipulation, control, and observation.The samples were taken using Purposive Sampling method and the participants were 35 students. The variables contained in this research were the implementation of TANDUR model in dance learning as an independent variable (X) and increasing student self-efficacy as a dependent variable (Y). Based on the results of research and data analysis, it was concluded that the self-efficacy of students before the implementation of the TANDUR learning model was still low or insignificant with the acquisition of 63-64 less than enough, the self-efficacy of students when the implementation process of the TANDUR learning model was significant with a value of 88 , 50 or included in the sufficient category (range 78-80) and the implementation of TANDUR model on dance learning have a positive effect on student self-efficacy with the results of t count of 9,468 and t table of 1,697 and significant with a value range of 80-90 or included in good category.
