Abstract

Abstrak Keberdayaan perempuan dimaksudkan untuk mengantarkan perempuan pada kemandirian dan meningkatkan status, posisi serta kondisi perempuan agar dapat menjalankan peran yang diembannya dengan sungguh-sungguh dan profesional. Seorang perempuan yang berperan sebagai ibu dalam sebuah keluarga mempunyai potensi untuk mencapai keberdayaan dalam dirinya, salah satunya dapat dilakukan dengan mengikuti pembelajaran online yang diadakan oleh Komunitas Ibu Profesional (KIP). Orientasi Nilai Budaya progresif merupakan nilai budaya yang dimiliki oleh individu yang ingin maju dan berdaya. Nilai budaya tersebut adalah motivasi, kerja keras, hemat, keterbukaan, dan kebertanggungjawaban. Adanya fasilitator sebagai pendamping atau pihak yang memfasilitasi peserta selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran online merupakan variabel yang perlu diperhatikan sebagai instrumental input. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis nilai keberdayaan anggota KIP Regional Bandung sesuai karakteristiknya dan juga menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi fasilitator dan orientasi nilai budaya progresif terhadap keberdayaan anggota KIP Regional Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada sampel sebanyak 155 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisa jalur dengan SPSS. Hasilnya adalah pertama didapatkan nilai rata-rata keberdayaan tertinggi dari sampel berada pada kelompok responden dengan status marital belum menikah, dengan latar belakang pendidikan magister/doktor, dan bekerja secara flexible time (bukan PNS dan tidak terikat waktu). Kedua, besarnya pengaruh secara simultan kompetensi fasilitator dan orientasi nilai budaya progresif terhadap keberdayaan adalah 15.8%. Kesimpulannya: (1) Nilai rata-rata keberdayaan tertinggi yang ada, berada pada kelompok yang karakteristiknya sesuai dengan ciri-ciri orang berdaya, yaitu memiliki latar belakang pendidikan yang tinggi dan secara ekonomi tidak bergantung dengan bekerja secara felxible time; (2) Pengaruh kompetensi fasilitator dan orientasi nilai budaya progresif terhadap keberdayaan menghasilkan nilai yang rendah maka perlu ditingkatkan lagi keterlibatan secara aktif para fasilitator dengan peserta dan juga proses pembelajaran online perlu dilanjutkan lagi ke level berikutnya sehingga pencapaian keberdayaan, tidak terbatas hanya pemaknaan dari para anggota KIP. Abstract Women's empowerment is intended to bring women to independence and improve their status, position and condition so that they can carry out the roles perserverly and professionally. A woman who plays a role as a mother in a family has the potential to achieve empowerment in herself, one of which can be done by attending virtual learning organized by Komunitas Ibu Profesional (KIP). The Orientations on Progressive Cultural Values is a cultural value that is owned by individuals who want to progress and be empower. These cultural values are motivation, hard work, sparing, open minded, and responbility. The existence of a facilitator as a companion who facilitates participants during the process of virtual learning was a variable that needed to be considered as an instrumental input. The purpose of this study is to analyze the value of womens empowerment in KIPs member according to their characteristics and also to analyze the influence of facilitator competencies and orientations on progressive cultural values for increasing the empowerment of KIPs member in Bandung Regions. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 155 respondents. Data processing using path analysis with SPSS. The first result is the highest average value of women’s empowerment appeared in the group of respondents with unmarried status, with a master/doctoral education background, and work in a flexible time (not civil servants and not time bound). The next result is the simultaneous influence of facilitator competencies and orientations on progressive cultural velues for women’s empowerment is 15.8%. In conclusion (1) The highest average value of women’s empowerment accoured in a group which their characteristics are in accordance with the characteristics of empowered people, namely having a high educational background and economically independent in flexible working time; (2) The influence of the facilitator competencies and orientations on progressive cultural progressive value for women’s empowerment had resulted in low scores, so it is necessary to increase the active involvement of the facilitators with participants and also the virtual learning process needs to be continued to the next level so that the achievement of women’s empowerment is not limited to the meaning for the KIPs members.
