Abstract
Tingkat perhatian pada saat pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh terhadap jalannya suatu pembelajaran. Penyebab dari kurangnya perhatian ketika pembelajaran yaitu, perhatian teralihkan pada objek yang lain yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembelajaran. Anak berkebutuhan khusus pada jenis tuna grahita memiliki kecerdasan dibawah rata-rata, oleh sebab itu tingkat perhatian mereka pun tergolong rendah dan mereka sering kali salah memusatkan perhatian meraka pada objek yang benar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan dan irama dalam mengatasi keterbatasan perhatian anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB C Sumbersari. Subjek penelitian berjumlah empat orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest desain dengan tahapan siswa awalnya diberi pre-test kemudian setelah didapatkan hasil barulah subjek diberikan treatment, setelah itu subjek diberikan post-test. Nilai rata-rata subjek pada pre-test sebesar 17,5% kemudian nilai rata-rata subjek pada post-test sebesar 23,25% yang dimana terdapat peningkatan sebesar 5,50%. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, dari hasil uji Wilcoxon didapat data sebesar 0,295 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima yaitu menyatakan bahwa permainan dan irama berpengaruh dalam mengatasi keterbatasan perhatian anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menunjukan ada peningkatan perhatian terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus, yang dimana subjek sudah mampu memperhatikan guru lebih lama dibandingkan sebelum diberikan materi permainan dan irama. The level of attention when learning is very influential on the course of learning. The cause of lack of attention when learning is, attention is diverted to other objects that do not affect learning. Children with special needs in the type of mentally disabled people have intelligence below the average, therefore their attention level is also relatively low and they often mistakenly focus their attention on the right object. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of games and rhythms in overcoming the limitations of the attention of children with special needs at the Sumbersari Extraordinary School-C. The research subjects were four people. This study used the design of one group pretest-posttest design with the stages students were initially given a pre-test then after the results were obtained the subjects were given treatment, after which the subjects were given a post-test. The average value of the subject in the pre-test amounted to 17.5% then the average value of the subject in the post-test was 23.25%, where there was an increase of 5.50%. This study uses the Wilcoxon test, from the Wilcoxon test results obtained data of 0.295 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted which states that the game and rhythm have an effect on overcoming the limitation of attention of children with special needs. This research shows that there is an increase in attention towards children with special needs, in which the subject has been able to pay attention to the teacher longer than before given the game material and rhythm.
