Abstract
Wakaf tunai di Indonesia memiliki potensi yang sangat besar. Namun penghimpunan wakaf tunai belum terhimpun secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah terbesar dalam penghimpunan wakaf dan juga prioritas solusi dalam penghimpunan wakaf tunai di Indonesia dari segi aspek regulator, aspek pengelola, aspek promosi, aspek program dan aspek masyarakat. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini menggunakan 9 subjek responden ahli yang diminta menilai masalah dan solusi penghimpunan wakaf tunai di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian akan menunjukan masalah terbesar dalam penghimpunan wakaf tunai dan juga prioritas solusi dalam menghimpun wakaf tunai di Indonesia. Masalah terbesar dalam penghimpunan wakaf tunai di Indonesia berdasrakan pendapat para subjek adalah belum semua lembaga mendigitalisasi penghimpunan wakaf. dan prioritas solusi dalam mengatasi masalah penghimpunan wakaf tunai di Indonesia adalah meningkatkan profesionalitas nazhir. Hasil berikutnya adalah secara umum aspek yang paling bermasalah adalah aspek regulator, begitu juga dengan prioritas solusi secara umum adalah aspek regulator. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat baik bagi pemerintah dalam menetukan kebijakan terhadap wakaf, seluruh lembaga pengelola wakaf dalam pengelolaan wakaf sehingga penghimpunan wakaf tunai dapat optimal.;--Cash Waqf in Indonesia has enormous potential. However, the collection of cash waqf has not been maximally collected. This study aims to determine the biggest problems in collecting waqf and also priority solutions in collecting cash waqf in Indonesia in terms of regulatory aspects, manager aspects, promotion aspects, program aspects and community aspects. The data was analyzed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research uses 9 respondents who were asked to assess the problems and solutions for collecting cash waqf in Indonesia. The results of the research will show the biggest problem in collecting waqf and also priority solutions in collecting cash waqf in Indonesia. The biggest problem in collecting cash waqf in Indonesia based on the opinions of the subjects is that not all institutions digitize cash waqf collection and the priority of the solution in overcoming the problem of collecting cash waqf in Indonesia is to improve Nazir professionalism. The next result is that in general the most problematic aspect is the regulator aspect, as well as the solution priority in general is the regulator aspect. This research is expected to provide good benefits for the government in determining policies on cash waqf and all waqf management institutions in the management of waqf so that the collection of cash waqf can be optimal.
