Abstract
Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia merencanakan Science and Techno Park untuk meningkatkan peringkat UPI dalam Green Campus Ranking di dunia. Saat ini, UPI berada di peringkat 44 di Indonesia, atau setara 100 di Asia (500 di dunia). Sehingga, untuk meningkatkan peringkat UPI, diperlukan kawasan untuk mengembangkan riset di bidang Green Campus tersebut. Science and Techno Park yang dikembangkan memiliki fokus riset di bidang pengaturan infrastruktur, energi, sampah, air, dan transportasi. Science and Techno Park direncanakan dan dirancang dengan menggunakan menerapkan Tema High-Tech Architecture. Sehingga, Science and Techno Park ini mampu menunjang kawasan UPI menjadi Green Campus berdasarkan kriteria yang dikeluarkan oleh Green Metric UI. UPI Science and Techno Park ini dibuat mengfasilitasi kerjasama dengan perusahaan-perusahaan luar yang memiliki penelitian di bidang terkait untuk diteliti lebih lanjut oleh para peneliti, dikomersialkan, diproduksi dan dipasarkan ke masyarakat, serta dapat dijual ke perusahaan pengguna.;--Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia plans Science and Techno Park to improve UPI's ranking in the Green Campus Ranking in the world. Currently, UPI is ranked 44th in Indonesia, or equivalent to 100 in Asia (500 in the world). So, to improve UPI's ranking, an area is needed to develop research in the Green Campus field. The developed Science and Techno Park have a research focus in the fields of infrastructure, energy, waste, water, and transportation management. UPI Science and Techno Park use the High Technology Architecture Theme. So, Science and Techno Park can support the UPI area to become Green Campus based on criteria issued by Green Metric UI. Science and Techno Park UPI facilitates research collaboration with outside companies for further research by researchers. Science and Techno Park can facilitate commercialized, produced, and marketed to the public.
