Abstract

Penelitian animasi ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam memahami pengujian kekerasan. Sebelum ada media, mahasiswa kesulitan dalam membayangkan proses pengujian kekerasan setelah adanya media mereka dapat melihat keadaan visual yang ditampilkan oleh pendidik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE dengan langkah melakukan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap pengujian kekerasan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Mesin angkatan 2015 dan 2017 Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia sebanyak 20 mahasiswa. Hasil judgment materi dan media diperoleh persentase 91% yang dikategorikan sangat layak. Respon pengguna diperoleh persentase ketertarikanya mencapai 83% yang dikategorikan sangat menarik. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan multimedia animasi yang sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada Pengujian Kekerasan.;--This animation research aims to produce learning media that can help students understand violence testing. Before there was media, students had difficulty in imagining the process of testing violence after the presence of the media they could see the visual situation displayed by educators. The research method used in this study is the ADDIE method with steps to do Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The subject of this study was to determine student responses to violence testing. The subjects of this study were 20 students of Mechanical Engineering Education in 2015 and 2017 at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The results of material and media judgment obtained 91% percentage which was categorized as very feasible. The user response obtained that the percentage of interest reached 83% which was categorized very interesting. The results of this study produce multimedia animation that is very feasible to be used as a learning medium in Hardness Testing.
