Abstract
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena masalah yaitu tingkat kewirausahaan Indonesia masih relatif rendah, Indonesia hanya menduduki peringkat 94 dari 137 negara. Di negara maju penduduknya rata-rata 14 persen dari total usia kerja yang ada adalah entrepreneur, sementara di Indonesia baru mencapai 3,1 persen dan diketahui bahwa angka pengangguran di Indonesia terbanyak berasal dari kelompok yang lulus dari bangku pendidikan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang intensi santri untuk menjadi muslimpreneur di Kota Bandung, dikarenakan bahwa intensi muslimpreneur santri merupakan salah satu sumber bagi terciptanya pengusaha-pengusaha muslim di masa yang akan datang yang diharapkan akan mengurangi jumlah pengangguran dari kalangan terdidik di Indonesia . Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi pengaruh latar belakang keluarga, personality traits dan self efficacy terhadap intensi muslimpreneur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu santri MA/SMA pesantren di kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability-accidental sampling sebanyak 129 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Patrial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa latar belakang keluarga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi muslimpreneur, sedangkan personality traits dan self efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi muslimpreneur. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi berbagai pihak dalam meningkatkan intensi muslimpreneur pada santri khususnya santri MA/SMA pesantren Kota Bandung.;--This research is based on the phenomenon of the problem that the level of entrepreneurship in Indonesia is still relatively low, Indonesia is only ranked 94 out of 137 countries. In developed countries, the average population of 14 percent of the total working age population is an entrepreneur, while in Indonesia it only reaches 3.1 percent and it is known that the highest unemployment rate in Indonesia comes from groups graduating from education. This study discusses the intention of students to become muslimpreneur in the city of Bandung, because that the intention of santri muslimpreneur is one source for the creation of Muslim entrepreneurs in the future which is expected to reduce the number of unemployed from the educated in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze and predict the influence of family background, personality traits and self efficacy on muslimpreneur intentions. The population in this study is students of MA / SMA boarding schools in the city of Bandung. The sampling technique used was 129 non-probability-accidental sampling techniques. The method used in this study is causal with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Patrial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that family background had a positive and significant effect on muslimpreneur intentions, while personality traits and self efficacy had no effect on muslimpreneur intentions. This research is expected to provide benefits for various parties in increasing the intentions of Muslimpreneur in santri especially MA / SMA pesantren students in the city of Bandung.
