Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan keberadaan guru-guru SD Santo Aloysius yang belum seluruhnya memiliki kesadaran diri sebagai seorang individu dan seorang guru. Kondisi ini masih terjadi walaupun berkurang yang dikarenakan di SD Santo Aloysius terdapat pendidikan karakter berupa kegiatan Refleksi Diri yang sudah berlangsung sejak tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Pada kenyataannya kegiatan Refleksi Diri ini membawa dampak positif yaitu dengan bertambahnya pengalaman merefleksikan dirinya, karakter para guru berkembang baik. Pendidikan karakter untuk guru berupa kegiatan Refleksi Diri sangat diperlukan sebagai salah satu cara dalam mengembangkan karakter para guru. Salah satu cara mendidik karakter anak didik adalah melalui keteladanan dan guru yang memiliki karakter baik akan diteladani oleh anak didiknya. Bagaimana anak didik dapat memiliki karakter yang baik jika sikap guru tidak dapat diteladani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa pendidikan karakter untuk guru Sekolah Dasar melalui Pelatihan Refleksi Diri berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran diri guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran ( mix methode ) antara kualitatif dengan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yang akan digunakan sebagai penentuan hipotesis. Sedangkan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk proses pembuktian hipotesis tersebut. Pembuktian proses menggunakan eksperimen one group pretest and posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para guru SD Santo Aloysius Batununggal yang berjumlah 23 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan kuesioner/ angket. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dengan uji statistik parsial (t) dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t pretest dan posttest, H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan Refleksi Diri berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 5% terhadap kesadaran diri guru SD Santo Aloysius.;--This research is motivated by the existence of Saint Aloysius elementary school teachers who have not all had self-awareness as an individual and a teacher. This condition still occurs even though it is reduced due to the existence of Saint Aloysius Elementary School in the form of Self Reflection activities that have been going on since 2010 until 2019. In reality this Self Reflection activity has a positive impact, namely by increasing experience reflecting itself, the character of the teachers developing well. Character education for teachers in the form of Self Reflection activities is needed as a way to develop the character of the teachers. One way to educate the character of students is through exemplary and teachers who have good character will be imitated by their students. How can students have good character if the teacher's attitude cannot be imitated. This research aims to prove that character education for elementary school teachers through Self Reflection Training affects teacher self-awareness. This research uses a mixed approach between qualitative and quantitative. A qualitative approach is used to collect data to be used as hypothesis determination. While the quantitative approach is used for the process of proving the hypothesis. The verification process uses the one group pretest and posttest design experiments. The subjects of this study were 23 elementary school teachers of Santo Aloysius Batununggal. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentation, observations, and questionnaires / questionnaires. Data processing and analysis techniques with partial statistical tests (t) using the SPSS version 23. computer program Based on the results of the pretest and posttest t-test, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of this study were Self Reflection Training which had a significant of 5% effect on the self-awareness of the elementary school teacher of Santo Aloysius.
