Abstract

Perancangan Depok Creative Hub dibangun untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kota Depok, dengan memaksimalkan potensi industri kreatif didalamnya. Bangunan ini akan berfokus pada tiga fungsi bangunan yaitu sebagai Creative Space, Coworking Space, dan Maker Space yang dapat menampung pegiat 16 subsektor kreatif yang ada di Kota Depok. Perancangan ini menampilkan konsep dan desain berdasarkan analisis ruang sebagai bangunan ekologis dan kreatif yang dilakukan, sehingga desain yang diperoleh merupakan desain yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perancangan. Penggunaan desain ekologis bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja pegiat industri kreatif, sekaigus menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem lingkungan tempat bangunan berdiri. Mengingat sebuah pembangunan tidak dapat mengelak dari tindakan pengrusakan lingkungan, tidak terkecuali pembangunan Depok Creative Hub dengan intensitas kegiatan yang tinggi seperti kegiatan produksi, kolaborasi, dan edukasi yang pasti akan berdampak pada lingkungan seperti penggunaan sumber daya alam, penggunaan energi, dan menghasilkan polusi. Desain diolah dengan cara memperhatikan aspek iklim, sumber daya alam, dan masa pakai bahan, sehingga perancangan ini dapat meminimalisir pengrusakan lingkungan. Suasana ruang didesain dalam konsep yang merepresentasikan kreatif, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas pengguna. Sehingga dampak terhadap kualitas kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat meningkat.;--The planning of Depok Creative Hub is built to improve the welfare of the people of Depok, by maximizing the potential of the creative industry in it. This building will focus on three functions of building namely as Creative Space, Co-working Space, and Maker Space that can accommodate 16 creative subsectors that exist in Depok city. This design features concepts and designs based on spatial analysis as the ecological and creative buildings that are done so that the design is designed to suit the design needs. The use of ecological design aims to improve the productivity of the performance of the creative industry, as it maintains the balance of the environmental ecosystem in which the building stands. Given that development cannot avoid environmental destruction, it is not an exception to the development of Depok Creative Hub with a high intensity of activities such as production, collaboration, and education activities that will surely impact the Use of natural resources, energy use, and generating pollution. Design is processed by observing the climate aspect, natural resources, and the life of the materials so that this design can minimize the destruction of the environment. The atmosphere of the space is designed in a concept that represents creative, with the aim to improve the creativity of users. So the impact on the quality of Community welfare can increase.
