Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh kebutuhan peserta didik Cerebral Palsy Spastik kelas III untuk membantu mengembangkan potensi motorik halus anak dalam pembelajaran dikelas dan kegiatan sehari-hari. Belum adanya Program Pengembangan Gerak Motorik Halus mengakibatkan tidak terakomodasi kebutuhan peserta didik, berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti bertujuan untuk menyusun program pengembangan gerak motorik halus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Menggunakan teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan kemampuan motorik halus peserta didik B dan S dibawah rata-rata, guru belum melakukan asesmen motorik halus tetapi melalui pengamatan selama pembelajaran dikelas dan diskusi dengan guru sebelumnya, guru belum membuat perencaan tertulis, pelaksanaan belum memaksimalkan potensi peserta didik, dan belum adanya evaluasi terhadap kemampuan motorik halus peserta didik. Selanjutnya dirumuskan program pengembangan gerak motorik halus yang diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus dalam pembelajaran dikelas dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Cerebral Palsy Spastik, Motorik Halus, Program Pengembangan Gerak Motorik Halus. This research is based on the needs of third-grade Cerebral Palsy Spastic students to develops their fine motor potential in the class and daily activities. The absence of the Fine Motorized Motion Development Program results in the unaccommodated needs of the students. Based on these problems, this study aims to prepare the program for fine motor movement development. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection techniques that have been used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques that have been used are through data reduction, data representation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are findings that the fine motor of the B and S students are below the average, teachers did not conduct fine motor assessment instead of doing observation during learning class and discussion with the previous teacher, teachers did not make a written plan, implementation did not yet maximize the student potency, and there is no evaluation of fine motor ability of the student. To overcome these findings, fine motor development program a in order to fulfill students needs of fine motor ability in class and daily activities.
