Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SD Negeri se-kecamatan Purwadadi kabupaten Subang. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah SD Negeri se-kecamatan Purwadadi kabupaten Subang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta didukung dengan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yang menjadi populasi adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan komite dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 105 responden. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2010 dan spss 20.0 for windows. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) , menunjukan bahwa kecenderungan umum untuk kepemimpinan kepala sekolah termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor 4,3 dan implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan skor 4,2. Analisis korelasi antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,508. Besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah ditunjukan dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 25,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 74,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji signifikasi dengan uji-t yaitu t_hitung> t_tabel atau 3,388 > 1,666, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Adapun persamaan regresi dari kedua variabel ini yaitu Y= 24,788+ 0,505X yang artinya persamaan regresi tersebut mempunyai arti bahwa jika Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X) bertambah satu satuan dengan tingkat keberhasilan usaha sebesar 24,788, maka nilai implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah (Y) akan bertambah sebesar 0,505.;--This research is entitled "The Effect of Principal Leadership on Implementation of School-Based Management in State Primary Schools in Purwadadi Sub-district, Subang District. In general, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's leadership on the implementation of school-based management in State Primary Schools throughout Purwadadi sub-district, Subang district. This research uses descriptive method with a quantitative approach, and is supported by literature studies. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, the population is the principal, teacher and committee with a total of 105 respondents. Calculation analysis in this study uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2010 and spss 20.0 for windows. The results of the Weight Means Score (WMS) calculation show that the general tendency for headmaster leadership is included in the excellent category with a score of 4.3 and the implementation of school-based management is very good with a score of 4.2. Correlation analysis between the principal's leadership and the implementation of school-based management has a strong enough relationship. Correlation coefficient value is 0.508. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership on the implementation of school-based management is shown from the test results of the determination coefficient of 25.8%, while the remaining 74.2% is influenced by other factors. The result of significance test with t-test is t_count> ttable or 3.388> 1.666, meaning that there is a significant relationship between variables X and Y. The regression equation of these two variables is Y = 24.788+ 0.505X which means that the regression equation means that if Principal Leadership (X) increases by one unit with a business success rate of 24.788, then the value of the implementation of school-based management (Y) will increase by 0.505.
