Abstract

Penurunan pendapatan yang pada pengrajin Sentra Rajut Binong Jati karena kurangnya dana yang lebih untuk menambah persediaan barang dagangan. Sehingga ketersediaan barang berkurang mengakibatkan peluang untuk memperoleh pendapatan yang lebih besar hilang. Selain itu kurangnya pengalaman yang dimiliki oleh pedagang serta para pengusaha yang kurang bisa dalam membaca peluang dalam meningkatkan pendapatan juga berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan para pengrajin Sentra Rajut Binong Jati di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan dan modal usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dan survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 263 orang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menentukan besarnya ukuran sampel yang diteliti dikemukakan oleh Slovin sehingga responden yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha sentra rajut Binong Jati di Kota Bandung sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa perilaku kewirausahaan dan modal usaha secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah harus ditingkatkan perilaku kewirausahaan dan modal usaha sehingga tercapai keberhasilan usaha.;--The decline in income was at the Rajong Binong Jati Sentra craftsmen due to lack of more funds to increase merchandise inventory. So that the availability of goods is reduced resulting in opportunities to obtain greater income lost. Besides the lack of experience owned by traders and entrepreneurs who are less able to read opportunities to increase income also have an impact on decreasing the income of the Rajong Binong Jati Center craftsmen in Bandung. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial behavior and venture capital on business success. The research method used is quantitative and survey methods. The population in this study amounted to 263 people. The technique used to determine the size of the sample studied was proposed by Slovin so that the respondents who were sampled in this study were Binong Jati knitting center entrepreneurs in Bandung as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25.0 software. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that entrepreneurial behavior and venture capital simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on business success. Based on the results of the study, the recommendations proposed are that entrepreneurial behavior and business capital should be improved so that business success is achieved.
