Abstract

Laporan tugas akhir ini mengkaji dari hasil analisis lubricating system pada engine tipe 2TR-FE yang mengalisis tentang bagaimana perawatan dan pemeliharaan sistem pelumasan engine tipe 2TR-FE. Karena sistem pelumasan merupakan memiliki peranan penting pada sebuah engine maka harus dilakukan perawatan dan pemeliharaan pada sistem pelumasan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi dan metode studi pustaka. Dari hasil analasis ini masalah yang terjadi terhadap sistem pelumasan yaitu kebocoran oli, tekanan oli rendah, volume oli menjadi rendah, kekentalan oli tidak sesuai. Penangana tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan perawatan dan pemeliharaan sistem pelumasan engine sesuai prosedur yang telah diterapkan oleh pabrikannya tersebut atau dengan perawatan secara periodik.; This final project report examines the results of the analysis of the lubrication system on the 2TR-FE engine which analyzes the maintenance and maintenance of the 2TR-FE engine lubrication system. Because the lubrication system has an important role on the engine, care and maintenance must be done on the lubrication system. Data collection method is done by using the method of observation and literature study methods. From the results of the analysis, the problems that occur in the lubrication system are oil leakage, low oil pressure, low oil volume, oil viscosity. This handling can be done with maintenance and maintenance of the machine system according to procedures that have been implemented by the manufacturer or with periodic maintenance.
