Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan pembelajaran tari kreasi Sunda untuk meningkatkan pemahaman identitas gender di Sekolah Indonesia Johor Bahru. Pemahaman identitas gender (peran dan fungsi) dalam tari Rendeng Bojong dikaji sehingga terdapat lima gerak diantaranya: Mincid Rendeng (Adeg-adeg), Rendeng Manis, Rungkup Manis, Nanggeuy Suai Angkat Kaki dan Kuntul Liwat. Dari lima gerak tari Rendeng Bojong diterapkan kepada siswa melalui model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma mix method/metode campuran, yaitu deskriptif analisis dan eksperimen dengan desain penelitian experimental design “one group pretest and posttest”. Data yang diperoleh bersumber dari hasil observasi, kajian pustaka, studi dokumentasi, test dan dianalisis melalui uji T. Indikator pencapaian dalam penelitian diantaranya wiraga, wirahma, wirasa dan kreativitas yang didapat dari wiraga yakni dari 2,29 menjadi 4,31, wirahma 1,71 menjadi 3,97, wirasa 2 menjadi 4,25 dan kreativitas 2 menjadi 4,03. Pengolahan uji T nilai signifikasi (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang mana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau dapat dikatakan (0,000 < 0,05) dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti terdapat perbedaan kondisi siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan treatment atau perlakuan.; This study aims to apply the learning of Sundanese dance creation to improve understanding of gender identity in the Johor Bahru Indonesian School. Understanding gender identity (roles and functions) in the Rendeng Bojong dance is studied so that there are five movements including: Mincid Rendeng (Adeg-adeg), Rendeng Manis, Rungkup Manis, Nanggeuy Suai Angkat Kaki and Kuntul Liwat. From five Rendeng Bojong dance moves applied to students through the Project Based Learning learning model. This research method uses a mix method/mixed method paradigm, namely descriptive analysis and experimentation with experimental design design "one group pretest and posttest". The data obtained were sourced from observations, literature reviews, documentation studies, tests and analyzed through T-tests. Indicators of achievement in research include wiraga, wirahma, wirasa and creativity obtained from wiraga namely from 2.29 to 4.31, wirahma 1, 71 to 3.97, wirasa 2 to 4.25 and creativity 2 to 4.03. T test processing significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0,000 which value is smaller than 0.05 or can be said (0,000 <0.05) thus it can be concluded Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which means there are differences in the conditions of students before and after being given treatment.
