Abstract

Case Based Reasoning mampu menjadi solusi alternatif dalam mengembangkan pemecahan masalah siswa yang menjadi salah satu aspek kemampuan pengambilan keputusan. Case based Reasoning yang dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan kembali permasalahan dan solusi alternatif dari pengalaman-pengalaman yang memiliki kemiripan (similarity), sehingga menghasilkan suatu keputusan yang didasarkan pada hasil pemilihan beberapa alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Case Based Reasoning terhadap kemampuan pengambilan keputusan siswa mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Kesehatan repoduksi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu kasus seputar reproduksi remaja yang sekarang semakin meningkat, yang disebabkan ketidakpahaman remaja terhadap berbagai aspek reproduksi yang berhubungan dengan dirinya sendiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah pre-experiment dengan desain penelitian one-group pretest and posttest design. Partisipan yang terlibat terdiri dari 29 orang siswa dalam satu kelas yang sedang mempelajari materi sistem reproduksi di kelas XI. Siswa diberikan tes uraian kemampuan pengambilan keputusan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi sebanyak 12 soal diberikan sebelum (pretest) dan setelah (posttest). Berdasarkan uji t yang hasilnya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pretest dan posttest. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran Case Based Reasoning ternyata terbukti memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan pengambilan keputusan siswa pada topik kesehatan reproduksi. Rekomendasi terhadap penelitian ini yaitu materi yang dikaji tidak sebatas kesehatan reproduksi, peneliti dapat mengembangkan pada pembelajaran Case Based Reasoning pada materi lainnya. Kata kunci: Case Based Reasoning, Kemampuan Pengambilan Keputusan, Kesehatan Reproduksi Case Based Reasoning is able to be alternative solution in developing student problem solving which is one aspect of decision making skills. Case based Reasoning is done by reusing alternative problems and solutions from experiences that have similarities (similarity), to produce a decision based on the results of the selection of several Alternatives. This research is based on an understanding based on Case Based Reasoning about decision making skills. Health reproduction produced in this study is a case relating to adolescents which are now increasing, due to ignorance of teens on various aspects relating to the reproduction in self. The method used is a pre-experimental research design with one-group pretest and post-test design. Participants involved consisted of 29 students in one class who were completing payment system materials in class XI. Students are given a test description of the decision about health questions with a total of 12 questions given before (pretest) and after (posttest). Based on the t test that produces a significant value between the value of pretest and posttest. The conclusion of this study shows that the use of Case-Based Reasoning learning, and has been proven to provide support for student decision making on the topic of reproductive health. The recommendation for this research is the material being studied is not limited to reproductive health, researchers can be developed in learning based on the Reasoning Case on other material.
