Abstract
ABSTRAK Kiki Rizkiani. 1400788. (2019). Kontribusi Persepsi Siswa tentang Perhatian Orang Tua terhadap Disiplin Siswa (Studi Deskriptif terhadap Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Rancah Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya sikap disiplin yang dimiliki siswa masih kurang.Kurangnya sikap disiplin siswa tersebut dapat diatasi, salahsatunya melalui perhatian orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran umum persepsi siswa tentang perhatian orang tua, gambaran umum tentang disiplin siswa dan kontribusi dari persepsi siswa tentang perhatian orang tua terhadap disiplin siswa Kelas XI SMA negeri 1 Rancah Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Rancah Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlag 190 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan instrumen berupa angket.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi product moment Pearson. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan (1) secara umum hampir seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Rancah Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki persepsi tentang perhatian orang tua yang baik atau berada kategori sedang; (2) secara umum hampir seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Rancah Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 berada pada kategori sedang menunjukkan siswa disiplin; dan (3) terdapat korelasi yang positif antara persepsi tentang perhatian orang tua dengan kedisiplinan siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Rancah Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. CONTRIBUTION OF STUDENT’S PERCEPTIONS OF PARENTAL ATTENTION AGAINST STUDENT'S DISCIPLINE (Descriptive Study of Class XI Students of SMA 1 Rancah Academic Year 2018/2019) This research is motivated by the lack of discipline attitudes students have. The lack of student discipline can be overcome, one of them is through the attention of parents. The purpose of this study was to obtain a general picture of students 'perceptions of parental attention, an overview of student discipline and contributions from students' perceptions of parental attention to the discipline of Class XI students of state high schools 1 Scaffolding Academic Year 2018/2019. The approach used in this study is quantitative with descriptive correlational method. The subjects of this study were Class XI students of SMA 1 Rancah 2018/2019 Academic Year which numbered 190 people, with the sampling taking using total sampling. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The research findings show (1) in general almost all students of class XI SMA 1 Rancah Academic Year 2018/2019 show that students have a perception of the attention of parents who are good or are in the medium category; (2) in general, almost all class XI students of State Senior High School 1 Scaffolding for Academic Year 2018/2019 are in the medium category indicating students are disciplined; and (3) there is a positive correlation between perceptions of parental attention and discipline of Class XI students of SMA 1 Rancah Academic Year 2018/2019.
