Abstract
Dalam proses belajar ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menunjang hasil belajar siswa diantaranya yaitu dari faktor internal berupa disiplin belajar dan faktor eksternal yaitu lingkungan sekolah. Melalui disiplin belajar yang tinggi dan lingkungan sekolah yang baik maka hasil belajar siswa akan meningkat baik pula. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh disiplin belajar dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif yaitu menguji sesuatu (pengetahuan) dalam bidang yang telah ada, dengan teknik pengumpulan data simple random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap data mengenai disiplin belajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan hasil belajar yang diperoleh melalui angket. Untuk menganalisis data tersebut, digunakan perhitungan regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan regresi pada variabel disiplin belajar (〖 X〗_1) diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi ganda sebesar 0,797. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Untuk regresi pada variabel lingkungan sekolah (X_2) diperoleh koefisien regresi ganda sebesar 0,396. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah siswa berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. One of the factors that can support the learning outcomes of students among them, namely from internal factors such as learning discipline and external factors such as school environment. Through a high learning discipline and a good school environment study the result of the students will increase. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of the discipline of learning and school environment for student learning outcomes on accounting subject. This reserch using method of descriptive verifikative that is, test something (knowlage) in the field of existed, with the technique of collecting data sample random sampling. Reserch done on data regreding of disicipline learning, school environment, and student learning outcomes that are obtained via the questionnare form. To anyleze the data, used multiple linear regression calculation. Based on the result of reckoning regression on the veriables of discipline learning (X1) obtained the value of the multiple regression coefficient 0,797. It showed that the disicpline learning influential favorably on student learning outcomes. for reckoning regression on the veriables of school environment (X2) obtained the value of the multiple regression coefficient 0,396.
